You'd think these people would at least care about their own children but alas they don't, like that anti-vax Texas couple who both died from covid-19 and orphaned their four Children, or that California couple who orphaned their five children - unbelievable

 

BANG!!! Solid point. What's really scary is the fact that the Maga dolts don't even realize the definitions .......... or the consequences. An authoritarian regime takes LOTS of violence and deaths to dislodge it once it takes power. If the nation's military backs the autocratic dictator ............ any such nation becomes just another Russia, China, Syria, North Korea, ........... you get the point.

I can hear all the , " ........ oh - that'll never happen here." comments. Look at the above political - reality - cartoon. Then say it'll never happen here ......... again.

 

It's called 100% complete lack of common sense by those "parents." I have a feeling Almighty GOD wasn't happy with them when they exited this world. You cannot love and care for your kids if your ego's and political "pickling" lead to stupid decisions that result in untimely, early deaths.

 

All of you missed the OBVIOUS scary variant name that would get all the T**** and anti-vax Repubs to go get the shot .......... The LIBERAL VARIANT. Hell ........ they'd be falling all over each other at the clinics thinking - to their horror - that they'd start caring about their fellow Americans, caring about the environment, caring about climate change, caring about health care & feeding hungry kids, etc. - if they caught the dreaded "LIBERAL VARIANT."

As a good liberal, I don't take any pleasure in hearing that anyone has died unnecessarily. But I can't help noticing that the casualty rate among right-wing radio hosts has been very high. The number seems to be around 5; apparently some of them changed their minds on their deathbed, and some were defiant to the end.

The late Phil Valentine's spokesperson said "Phil would like for his listeners to know that while he has never been an 'anti-vaxer' he regrets not being more vehemently 'pro-vaccine,' and looks forward to being able to more vigorously advocate that position as soon as he is back on the air, which we all hope will be soon."

He never did get back on the air. He's up in the air, maybe.

What's frustrating is these people are trying to make the pandemic into a political issue.

Trump wasn't defeated because of this pandemic, trump was defeated because of his piss-poor handling of the pandemic.

Even Dr. Brix recently came out and said 10s of thousands of lives could have been saved if it was handled correctly.

 

Yeah, now he’s acting like he gives a shit about people and trying to encourage them about getting vaccinated. “Day late and a dollar short!” He’s worried there won’t be enough supporters alive to vote for him in 2024.

 

I was thinking about a Moderna booster shot earlier.

I got two of them - one in April (I think the 20th) and then May 18, unless I'm mistaken...

So it's been 5 months.

EDIT: The internet seems to say that only if you live in a longterm care facility or something are you eligible at my age (41).
