Many many thousands? Check your figures. Having a reaction to a vaccine is not having your life turned upside down. It goes away after a few days.

In any case compare that to the millions who have died worldwide from covid and the millions of others who survived covid but are left with long-term or even permanent health problems.

His wife is at home right now with their 3 children trying to explain their father was willing to die for his strongly held beliefs and ideals - wonder how that's going?

I did say having the jab is the right thing to do. I just stated a fact that it has had a negative effect on some people's lives. There's no point burying our heads in the sand and ignoring it. If they know the problems then they can fix the jab to suit all.

Ted Nugent supports Trump, then he says we're the sheep for getting vaccinated. But I doubt he sees the irony.

If you thought vaccine hesitancy in the United States was bad, Russia has the worst in all of Europe.

But at least they have an excuse since Russia’s Sputnik V Covid-19 vaccine didn't go through the same rigorous quality-control processes that the US goes through.

Russia sees 3 times more COVID cases than it had last fall

Moscow - Russia is once again grappling with a surge in coronavirus cases. The rate of new daily infections is currently three times higher than what the country was seeing a year ago, despite vaccines now being widely available in the country.

On Tuesday, Russia reported 895 fatalities and 25,110 new COVID-19 infections, bringing the total number of officially reported cases since the start of the pandemic to more than 7.6 million.

"The increase in the incidence of COVID-19 infections has amounted to almost 31% since the beginning of September," Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova said in a Tuesday meeting chaired by President Vladimir Putin. "This is 3.1 times more than in the same period last year.

More than 200,000 people are currently hospitalized in Russia with COVID-19, and almost a million more are under medical watch with possible cases. Officials are worried that things are only set to get worse.

Unfortunately this seems to be true. It’s baffling to try to figure out what has caused such a meltdown of intelligence in a population. Perhaps the internet has morphed in a tool to spread misinformation more efficiently than humans can cope with. Saw hints of this in the birther malarkey about Obama and T——- ‘s spread of ludicrous garbage on social media. The really, really sad part is that hundreds of thousands of Americans have and will die from Covid as a direct result of the spread of deliberate misinformation on the web. It’s pretty clear the there needs to be accountability for those spreading lies that kill people however such lies are spread.

Today I get my flu shot. My doctor recommended I get the covid booster, so I'll get that in a couple weeks. I also got 2 shingles vaccines this year. So that's 3 covid, 2 shingles and a flu shot. Six shots in one year.

    Kiss my ass anti-vaxxers!

Last year I got the two dose shingles shots and according to the nurse after the second shot it's 99.9% effective.
