Changes must be implemented to insure game integrity and spectator confidence.

Some of the proposed changes:

Install game officials who are biased in favor of Republicans

Two strikes and you're out for Democrats but still three for Republicans.

If Republicans steal a base, it's ok. If Democrats steal one, it's theft and Durham investigates.

If Republicans are winning mid-game, the rest of the game is canceled and Republicans win.

If Republicans somehow lose, their fans are allowed to go on the field and riot as part of what will be considered a routine day at the park.

"The Ninjas made up the numbers," the report said, calling it a "hoax."

It explained: "An enormous discrepancy of 15,692 missing hand counted ballots from 40 boxes out of out of 1,634, supports our opinion that the Ninja's hand count of ballots was so far off the Senate's machine count of ballots that any statements about the vote counts (e.g., that Trump lost 261 votes) are meaningless.""
