It has worsened. His operatives in a state he won are now obliging.

Conservatives comprehend round numbers, with lots of zeros, but liberals struggle with reality, so I split the difference. Fox News and the Tea Party can be considered the origins of Donald Duck and the inspiration for the CIA to take over running more of the action.

Giuliani was essentially an unregistered agent in Trump's Deep State who was trying to smear respectable State Department officials and manipulate foreign leaders to find dirt on Joe Biden.
