Trump and company made a similar reverse type of mistake in one of their 2020 election lawsuits. The suit read that votes were stolen from Biden and given to Trump (they meant stolen from Trump and given to Biden).

COVID deaths in the U.S. have increased toward levels during the winter 2021.

It's difficult for Trump and the GOP to blame it on blue states as they once did.

Average daily COVID-19 deaths highest since early March

    excerpt:

"The average number of daily COVID-19 deaths in the U.S. has increased to its highest level since early March, as the highly contagious delta variant infects individuals nationwide.

The U.S. is seeing an average of more than 1,900 COVID-19 deaths a day, according to data from Johns Hopkins University cited by The Associated Press.

The average number of deaths has risen 40 percent of the past two weeks, the AP noted, increasing from 1,387 to 1,947."

The U.S. total COVID death toll is approaching 700,000.

Meanwhile, Trump clone DeSantis in FL has been resorting to increasingly draconian and irrational approaches that hamper treatment of the disease.

FL has become the fourth state with 50,000 COVID deaths, joining CA, NY, and TX.

Houston Police Officer pleads guilty to Capitol riot charges | wusa9.com

    excerpt:

"WASHINGTON, D.C., USA — A former Houston Police officer pleaded guilty Monday for his involvement in the Capitol riots on Jan. 6.

Tam Dinh Pham, 49, pleaded guilty to the petty misdemeanor offense of parading, demonstrating or picketing inside the Capitol Building. Three other criminal charges were dropped by the Department of Justice as part of the plea agreement.

According to charging documents filed by the government, Pham told FBI investigators he briefly attended former President Donald Trump's “Stop the Steal” rally on Jan. 6, 2021, but initially denied going to the Capitol building.

The agents asked Pham if they could look at the pictures on his cell phone during the time he was in Washington, D.C. Pham agreed, according to DOJ's charging docs, but investigators noticed there were no photos in his album on Jan. 6.

Courts records show one of the agents asked Pham if she could go to his “deleted” photo album. Pham agreed and in that album, there were pictures and videos that were “readily identifiable as being of the interior of the Capitol building," according to court documents.""

'You'll burn in hell:' Video of Tennessee man accused in U.S. Capitol riots shows altercations with officers

Video of Tennessee man accused in U.S. Capitol riots shows altercations

    excerpt:

"Police body camera footage from the scene outside the deadly U.S. Capitol insurrection on Jan. 6 was released this month after a legal push by more than a dozen news outlets nationwide.

An early win in the effort to release the footage included video evidence in the case of Cleveland, Tennessee, man Joseph Lino Padilla, who is accused of assaulting officers.

Padilla, 40, was arrested on several charges after investigators say evidence surfaced of altercations between him and police guarding the Capitol building."

Video of Tennessee man accused in U.S. Capitol riots shows altercations

    excerpt:

"In the first video, time stamped at 1:31 p.m., he approaches the barricade and tells officers they are "oathbreakers."

"You'll burn in hell," he said. The lenses of his snorkel mask are fogged up in the footage, and he keeps tugging the cloth mask back up over his nose and mouth.

When he takes a step forward, an officer pushes him back from the fence.

Next, in a video time stamped 1:32 p.m., Padilla is seen face-on to the camera, standing close to the person wearing it.

"You're [expletive] defending a machine that doesn't care about you," he said. "If you let us in there, that machine will be gone and we will [expletive] protect you people. You're being a moral coward...You know what you're doing is wrong.""

Video of Tennessee man accused in U.S. Capitol riots shows altercations

    excerpt:

"Officers repeatedly strike the man over the head and shoulders with batons and fists as they attempt to push him back from the barricade. The altercation continues for approximately 20 seconds. The clip ends as Padilla slowly stands up and backs away and is grabbed on the arm by an unidentified hand.

In the final clip released last week, Padilla, now fully maskless, is again seen at the barricades, this time around 1:40 p.m.

He can be seen helping push forward a large metal structure on wheels that appears to be holding a large "Trump 2020" flag. The structure, pushed by at least a dozen people visible in the clip, appeared to be used like a battering ram to push over some fences and breach the barricade outside the Capitol."
