If Donald Duck were a character from the Wizard of Oz, the house would have already fallen on him. Without rule of law, the Tea Party ain't nothing but a lynch mob, and some are growing impatient to restore rule of law.

I wonder who has the power / legal standing to involuntarily commit Trump for his mental illness / insane fixations? Surely someone does. Hell, I'll sign an order if an ordinary citizen can do so. Are there no limits on the harm a person can do to this country? Does anyone think this behavior is anything close to normal? Do millions of citizens still revere this fuckin' idiot?

Trump-pardoned Benton charged with funneling money from Russia.

Former Rand Paul aide, pardoned by Trump, charged with funneling Russian money into 2016 election

    excerpt:

"A former campaign staffer for US Sen. Rand Paul has been charged with channeling money from Russia into the 2016 presidential election, the US Department of Justice said Monday.

In an unsealed indictment, dated September 9, prosecutors allege Jesse Benton "conspired to illegally funnel thousands of dollars of foreign money from a Russian foreign national" into the campaign.

In October 2016, Benton received a $100,000 wire transfer from the unnamed Russian national, the indictment states, promising him that he would get to "meet a celebrity" at a fundraiser in Philadelphia on September 22, 2016.

Prosecutors do not name the candidate, but former President Donald Trump was hosting a fundraiser that night at the Ritz-Carlton in Center City, Philadelphia.

The Russian national attended the fundraiser, according to the indictment, his travel to the United States facilitated by an alleged co-conspirator, Roy Douglas Wead, a conservative author. All three "had official photographs taken with Political Candidate 1," prosecutors say.

Trump pardoned Benton who was convicted of crimes committed during Ron Paul's campaign in 2012.

Ex-Ron Paul Iowa aides John Tate and Jesse Benton pardoned by Trump

    excerpt:

"Two men convicted of multiple federal offenses stemming from a bribery plot during the 2012 Iowa Republican caucus received pardons from President Donald Trump late Wednesday.

John Tate and Jesse Benton were convicted in 2016 of various public corruption charges for paying an Iowa state senator to switch his endorsement to then-U.S. Rep. Ron Paul, R-Texas, during his 2012 presidential campaign, days before the first-in-the-nation nominating event. Sen. Kent Sorenson, an Indianola Republican, had been a supporter of U.S. Rep. Michele Bachmann, R-Minn."

Ex-Paul aide pardoned by Trump charged with funneling Russian cash

    excerpt:

"Benton and two other aides were previously convicted in 2016 of trying to buy an endorsement for Ron Paul's 2012 presidential campaign. Financial records showed that campaign aides secretly paid $73,000 to a company owned by an Iowa state senator who switched his endorsement to Paul. Benton, who is married to Paul's granddaughter, pleaded for leniency and pledged that he would "walk a righteous path." He was sentenced to two years of probation and a $10,000 fine. Prosecutors say the 2016 scheme was hatched and executed days before and after Benton's sentencing."

If Trump was still president, he would pardon Benton for the second round of crime, which was similar to the first.

Politico pardoned by Trump accused of illegal campaign scam

    excerpt:

"WASHINGTON (AP) — A Republican political operative pardoned by President Donald Trump after his conviction in a 2012 bribery plot has been charged again with campaign-related crimes, this time involving a 2016 illegal campaign contribution scheme and a Russian national.

Jesse Benton, 43, of Louisville, Kentucky, was accused in an indictment unsealed Monday in federal court in Washington.

Trump pardoned Benton in December after his conviction in a case involving false records and campaign reports to the Federal Election Commission. Prosecutors said Benton and two others who were working on the 2012 presidential campaign of Ron Paul tried to hide $73,000 in payments to an Iowa state senator, Kent Sorenson, for his endorsement of Paul.

The most recent case is similar in nature to the 2012 charges. Benton, who was the former chief strategist for the pro-Trump Great America PAC, and Roy Douglas “Doug” Wead, who served as an adviser to multiple presidential campaigns and is a presidential historian and author, were accused of conspiracy to solicit and cause an illegal campaign contribution by a Russian foreign national during the 2016 presidential election.

Both men appeared in court Monday. Benton’s attorney did not immediately return messages seeking comment. Wead attorney Jay Sekulow said Wead pleaded not guilty."

Funneling $100,000 from Russia for an opportunity to meet Trump at the Ritz-Carlton in Philadelphia.

That was the real Ritz-Carlton, not Ritz-Carlton Plumbing & Heating next to a crematory.

Law-abiding citizens continue to turn in Trump's rioters (after hearing them boast about their law breaking).

MAGA rioter arrested after boasting to acquaintance of being just feet away from Ashli Babbitt before she was shot

    excerpt:

"Michael Eckerman of Wichita was arrested Monday by the FBI for shoving a police officer down a stairway after being among the first to breach the Capitol during the January 6 insurrection.

But the 37-year-old Eckerman's claim to fame, such that it is, will likely be that he was in the room when an officer shot Ashli Babbitt as she tried to climb through a broken window to gain access to the House chambers.

The FBI report states that video evidence captures Eckerman "near the back entrance to the House Chamber, where Ashli Babbitt was shot by a law enforcement officer as she attempted to climb through one of the doors where glass was broken out to access the House Chamber. Just after the shooting, video captures Eckerman and his companions exiting the Capitol through the upper House doors at approximately 2:44."

Afterward, Eckerman was not shy about what he saw in talking with an interviewing at a source identified as "FreedomNews.tv," according to the report.

"I don't know her (Babbitt's) name, all I know is we went there as patriots. She is dead because we're here. These mother fuckers are traitors, they are fucking traitors!" he shouted."

Peters declared her analysis document to be a legal document and wanted it to be exempt from public view. The Commissioners made it available to the public.

In the manner she submitted it, she essentially gave up whatever attorney-client privilege she may have had and made her document subject to public viewing.

Clerk Tina Peters reappears, sends report from anonymous experts | WesternSlopeNow.com

    excerpt:

"Peters delivered the analysis of two forensic images, allegedly documenting data deconstruction during the May 25 Trusted Build. Along with the over 70 pages of analysis, Peters attached a signed letter stating the documents presented are legal documents and therefore should be kept confidential and exempt from the Colorado Open Records Act.

In the signed letter, Peters claims, the forensic examination determined the Dominion Voting System and procedures, “cannot meet the certification requirements of the state of Colorado.”

Peters continues with her resistance towards Dominion Voting Systems and says her goal is to preserve the integrity of Mesa County elections.

In a public hearing on Monday, Mesa County Commissioners shared their intent to release the analysis presented by Peters, because it is a public document. “You can’t stamp on a document that this is a legal document. If she wants to say that this is the document prepared for she and her attorneys, and she just gave it to us.” Scott McInnis, Mesa County Commissioner said, “I’d be pretty pleased if she did that because she just waived her attorney/client privilege.”

Tina Peters’ letter to the Commissioners appears to be stated in a way in which the analysis would vindicate Peters and her distrust in Dominion Systems."
