"Former President Donald Trump is slated to attend a National Republican Congressional Committee fundraiser in Tampa in early November, marking his first event with the House GOP’s campaign arm this cycle, two sources on the NRCC’s conference call confirmed to The Post.

NRCC Chairman Tom Emmer (R-Minn.) announced that the former president will headline the event during a call with members on Tuesday. Republicans have been bullish about their odds on flipping back the House of Representatives, with House saying they see Trump playing a key role in their efforts to pick up seats.

While there has been some dispute within the party over the level of involvement they believe Trump should have within the GOP moving forward — with moderates voicing frustrations with his decision to attack incumbents that have been critical of him, many of whom represent swing seats — Republicans are looking to hold onto and build upon the base of supporters he attracted in the 2016 election."

The question remains whether Trump can help the GOP pick up enough seats to regain control of the House in the 2022 election while engaging in his revenge campaign against House members who voted to impeach him (and whoever else he doesn't like), which could cost GOP seats due to Trump's loyalty-driven and inexperienced revenge picks potentially losing.

The State Dept opened an investigation on Hilary just weeks before the election, and the more dirt they dig up, the more it makes me suspect democrats actually threw the election themselves, knowing just how stupid Donald Duck is, and that he would expose all the dirt in the party for them. Gold Star mom invites Trump to son's funeral: 'Would be such an honor'

"A California Gold Star mother whose Marine son was killed in last month’s ISIS suicide terror attack outside Kabul’s international airport invited former President Donald Trump to her child’s funeral, writing on Facebook that "t would be such an honor" if he could be there.

Shana Chappell’s son Kareem Nikoui was one of 13 US service members — and 11 Marines — killed in the bomb blast at the Abbey Gate of Hamid Karzai International Airport on Aug. 26. She addressed Trump on her Facebook page Sept. 2, writing that "I would love if some how [sic] my President ( you Mr. Trump) could be present as i [sic] lay my Beautiful baby boy Lance Cpl. Kareem Nikoui to rest.

"It would be such an honor to meet the real President of the United States of America, President Trump," she continued. "I love you and America loves you."

"Thank you Shana," Trump responded in an emailed statement from his Save America PAC on Labor Day, adding, "our Country loves you and especially loves your beautiful boy, Kareem." He did not say whether he would attend the funeral service for Nikoui, which is scheduled for Sept. 18."

 

That's a tough choice for Trump. The funeral is on the same day as the protest that calls for the release of Trump's rioters.

 

Gold Star mom invites Trump to son's funeral: 'Would be such an honor'
