Things that annoy you!

When good music is being played then the DJ suddenly switches to depressing music. Sorry. Don't care about your breakup. I prefer happy songs. Not sad songs.

 

I hate it when I driving through some town tuned to a good station and the DJ comes on to say I'm listening to the 'oldies'.

 

The days becoming shorter

 

When you tell your mate of a plan to construct a floating shelf out of 5" crown moulding with a dentil moulding beneath, and a plate rail (all of which I already have in the scrap pile), to hold your uileann pipes....and she comes home with a bunch of flower pictures from a friends storage unit and appropriates that wall space.

In no particular order:

Rudeness
Intolerance
Organised religion (Not due to the belief in a deity per se, but due to the actions / prejudices of some of the people who profess to be religious)
Lateness
The fact that vacuous celebrities are hero worshipped while intelligent people are marginalised, mocked or ignored
People in all walks of life who are promoted beyond their abilities due to their ability to sound good at their job

 

Getting stung while sleeping by a fucking yellow jacket. Now I will kill them whenever I see them. I respected them. Not no more!

Not sure if it works on yellow jacket stings but appealing apple cider vinegar to stings from my honey bees works Real good if done quickly.

 

The swelling has gone down. Now just sore.

Just found a yellow jacket infestation in my hot tub this afternoon !!

 

Found the entry point. Sealed it off.

 

My goodness I hate those bastards! Found 20 more hiding behind a poster above the bed. Yeah, they are dead also.

 

Be careful, years back I found a spot under my window that had bees coming/going, I sealed it up, next morning I went to work when I returned home the gf was sitting on the porch, the bees could not get outside, they ended up coming into the house.

 

WHOOPS

 

They came in from the attic. Attic is vented. I must've wiped out almost the entire colony. We called maintenance and no one showed. Tomorrow I won't be not so nice when I speak to them.

 

They were too scared to show up.

 

Not having hot water!
