Pearl darlin' - in your mid 30s you are still a youngster and in your prime. I'm almost twice your age !!!
Age is just a number. When I worked at a hospital years ago a man in his 100's was going home after a checkup. He was 102. I saw him pause at the window on his way out, and remark how beautiful the trees and flowers looked on the lawn. He still had a spring in his step. Life is a choice.
Tulsa, Youth is wasted on the young, it's only when you get older you think to yourself (well I do anyway!) I wish I knew then what I know now, I'd have appreciated it much more. In the immortal words of Joni Mitchell, "Don't it always seem to go that you don't know what you've got till it's gone".
How do you mean, life is a choice? As in the choice to appreciate the little things that make life worth living? I’d agree with that. If you can look at what you do have rather than what you’ve lost, you’ll make the most of things…not sure I’ve entirely learnt that lesson yet!
72..,just spent a week hiking 15miles, two ten miles and two 5 plus mile hikes in steep wilderness areas in Colorado. Point is that age should never prevent enjoying life doing what you love as long as we’ve got the physical ability. Sure time is running out for me but I never thought I’d live past 30 when I got back from combat in RVN. So the last 42 years have been gravy!
Age is happening. I fight back real hard.....there are supplements/regimens that help Exercise is vastly important
48..............but no perception of time................. So i am basicly 30 forever..........or something/age.............. Physical job(gardener/landscaper), watch your food/water a bit..........and keep pondering about stuff, lol. And dont forget to have some fun......... Mzzls
