This year with the pandemic I expect a lot of naturist resorts have been closed, so the question has not arisen.

 

True here in Australia! I think at least 5 have closed, possibly 7.

 

Remember that bush is a sign of sexual maturity. It is as much a sign of 'making it' as it is a turn-on, and should be celebrated.

 

I have been completely shaved for years and years. I like the look and the feeing of it.
To me it's much cleaner and I prefer to see shaved.
I shave every other day and at weekends.
I'm 65 ne you month so there for I gave been smooth of over 50 years.
I had a medical problem where my cock and balls should be covered in a rash. My doctor tried many creams but nothing really worked so on one visit he told me to take my underwear off and leve it off.
Within weeks it has all gone.
Not had underwear since.

 

We enjoy European nudist beach holidays about 3 times a year in normal (non Covid) years.

My partner and I will always stay shaved on the holiday. At home we trim regularly.

My son has only just started growing pubes and is proud of what he has! So I can't see him shaving for a couple of years. Our daughter is not at that stage yet.

The vast majority of people on the nudist beaches are either neatly trimmed or completely shaved.

The small minority that don't trim or shave, they seem to be happy that way and no one as far as I know thinks badly of them.

 

We don't need hair around our genitals. It's gust a left over when we all had hair everywhere.
Being shaved is much more healthy and very much cleaner.
I'm not just saying this because I'm shaved but it's been proven time and time again.
It's just fashion nth at has made people keep it.

 

Sprogman--totally false information there. I see you actually hit "like" on a post of mine from last year, where I linked to an article by a doctor saying it's more healthy to keep the hair. Did you not read it enough to see what it actually says?

This is fashion, pure and simple. There are no issues of health involved--in fact we're better off not doing it.

No I dint not read it as I have not been on here for some time.
Besides that's not what my doctor told me.
He side it's not really needed some people like hair some don't.
I shave mine for medical reasons but I liked the look of being smooth so to me it's fine.

 

Interesting posts here. I like the variety of preferences. I have quite a bit of body hair and am most comfortable that way. Once I had a surgery that required being shaved from nipples to knees and I hated it. I don’t relate hairy to unclean at all. I also love the feeling of the breeze rustling the fur. If I’m ever lucky enough to get to nude beach I’ll be most relaxed untrimmed.

 

I respect your preference, but my small penis gets lost and entangled in a full bush and bare-shaved looks a little odd against my generally hairy body. So, I've come to accept that trimmed-pretty-short is my best option.

Not at all. Just go with whatever makes you feel comfortable.

 

There shouldn't be any etiquette, or 'rules' about whether shaven or not, it is down to personal choice, though current fashion will dictate what is more popular at that moment in time. Personally i like the feeling that a shaved cock and balls give me (cool breeze, no stray hairs ), though being otherwise fairly hairy i just trim short the hair around the genital area
