Trump Was Not Indicted. But the Charges Still Threaten Him.

    excerpt:

"The fallout could be significant. An indictment against a company — let alone a conviction — can jeopardize relationships with banks and business partners. The former president is facing down hundreds of millions of dollars in loans that need to be repaid, and the legal threat to his business could deal a blow to his finances.

And the charges could play into Mr. Trump’s decisions about his political future. In the past, his grievances have served as both personal motivation and political tool, and as he fought Mr. Vance’s subpoenas for his tax returns all the way to the United States Supreme Court, he added the investigation to the laundry list of legal troubles he recited for supporters. Indeed, some Republicans close to the former president believe he will now be better insulated from those he calls “New York radical-left prosecutors” if he campaigns for president in 2024, and aides said that anger over the indictment could well motivate him to run.

But several allies and advisers believe he would not risk losing another general election. On Wednesday, shortly after the indictments were filed, Mr. Trump said at a Fox News town hall that he had made a final decision on whether to run. He did not say what the decision was."

    Another Trump rioter nabbed.

Covington man arrested, faces 6 charges in connection with riots at US Capitol

    excerpt:

"ROANOKE, Va. – A fourth Southwest Virginia man is now charged in connection with the riots at the U.S. Capitol in January.

Joshua Haynes, 39, of Covington, was arrested Thursday on six federal charges.

10 News attended his federal court proceedings in Roanoke following his arrest.

Haynes is now on probation and will not be allowed to leave the federally-recognized Western District of Virginia and will receive a court-appointed attorney.

The judge ruled that he would undergo a mental health evaluation and during the hearing, it was revealed that he has a history of anger problems and bipolar disorder.

Moving forward, all his hearings will be in Washington, D.C. and his next hearing is scheduled for July 8 and he will appear via Zoom.

He was released Thursday on a $10,000 bond.

The criminal complaint against Haynes revealed that authorities believe he was one of the individuals responsible for helping destroy equipment belonging to the media and is the individual wearing the Harley Davidson jacket in the below video."

A tip helped FBI identify Haynes, plus self-incriminating evidence that Haynes provided on the web.

Covington man arrested, faces 6 charges in connection with riots at US Capitol

    excerpt:

"On February 6, the FBI received a tip that the man depicted in each of the photos above was indeed Joshua Haynes by matching those photos to that of a Parler profile.

While the FBI agent wasn’t able to directly interact with that profile, court records show that Parler records provided an email address, phone number and an IP address that resolved to Covington, Virginia, in connection with that account.

Verizon subscriber records also show that the phone number is associated with Haynes, according to the criminal complaint.

Cell phone records also showed that the phone associated with that number went from Covington to Washington, D.C. and the timeline matches up with the location of the photos and videos believed to be Haynes.

Authorities said they could also see that he sent multiple text messages and selfies to others showing him inside the U.S. Capitol. Below are the selfies included in the criminal complaint."

Haynes believes Trump's lie that the election was stolen from him.

Covington man arrested, faces 6 charges in connection with riots at US Capitol

    excerpt:

"He also told officers that “he believes that those who did use force against law enforcement officers that day to stop the election from being stolen are ‘heroes.’ Haynes stated that he respects those individuals for ‘having the balls’ to do something about the election being stolen by fraud,” according to the criminal complaint."

Imagine if Trump had won the election and Biden supporters had rioted.

Trump and his following in the Congress and public would have praised the police as heroes for defending Congress instead of beating them with weapons for supposedly being traitors and later trying to whitewash the whole riot as an ordinary tourist event. Trump would have personally met with police officer Fanone at the White House to console him at a grandstanding event.

Watch Trump rioter Joshua Doolin run away from journalists at the courthouse after being released on $50,000 bond.

He was an EMT with Polk County Fire Rescue but has since been fired.

Trump made a trip to the US/Mexico border and falsely claimed his southern border wall had been just 2 months from completion

Former President Donald Trump made a trip to the US-Mexico border on Wednesday and falsely claimed that he was almost done with building the wall when he left office.

Speaking at an unfinished section of the wall in Hidalgo County, Texas, Trump said he was just months away from completing construction on the structure. He was visiting the border with Texas Gov. Greg Abbott and 31 Republican lawmakers/

"Within two months, everything could have been completed, not sitting there rotting and rusting. It would have been perfecto, it was all set," Trump said during a rambling, 30-minute speech.

Trump almost finished getting rid of the U.S. national debt.

Trump almost finished making Mexico pay for his almost finished border wall.

Two minutes into his speech about the border wall, Trump started talking about the election supposedly being stolen from him.

Trump is still talking about Dr. Jackson saying he was the healthiest president in the history of the U.S.

    excerpt:

"And I don’t know if he’s a better doctor or a Congressman. He actually said I was the healthiest president in history by far."

When trump first came into office he averaged 4.5 lies per day,
when he left office it was over 10 lies per day.

He needs to lie more and more frequently to get the same rush.

He should have kept walking through the unfinished section and make his way to Mexico. That would have been prime opportunity to escape these indictments .

I seriously doubt Mexico would give him asylum. They'd more likely return him to us, bound and gagged.

When faced with adversity, Trump likes to visit his unfinished border wall in Texas. It's like a security blanket for him.

This time it was triggered by the upcoming criminal indictments of the Trump Organization. The previous time he visited his unfinished wall, it was shortly after his riot at the Capitol.

He also likes to try to give awards to sports figures when faced with adversity. He tried to give football coach Bill Belichick the Presidential Medal of Freedom Award shortly after the insurrection at the Capitol. Belichick refused it.

This time he wasn't president, so he couldn't give the award. Instead he called numerous people by name and praised them during his border wall speech.
