Interesting little twist or should I say tryst? ....lol...

A police detective filed for divorce from his wife after she was photographed with another man at the Capitol riot

A police detective filed for divorce from his wife after she took part in the January Capitol riot

The FBI said Jennifer Heinl was inside the Capitol rotunda and was photographed with another man. Jennifer Heinl - the wife of Detective Michael Heinl of Pennsylvania's Shaler Township
Police Department and part of the FBI Pittsburgh office's violent crimes task force - is accused of taking part in the January 6 insurrection.

Michael Heinl is not part of the investigation, and his chief said he asked his wife not to go.

Yeah, what a way to find out your wife is cheating on you by watching videos of her and her lover breach the capitol building together in an unholy alliance, and with unlawful intent

Sidney Powell's defense is that no reasonable person would have believed her lies.

She blames Trump supporters for believing her lies.

Trump Lawyer Sidney Powell Tries To End Dominion Lawsuit

    excerpts:

"WASHINGTON — Sidney Powell argued Monday that she couldn’t be sued for defamation for repeatedly promoting false conspiracy theories about the 2020 election being rigged because “no reasonable person would” believe that her comments “were truly statements of fact.”

"Even if Powell’s statements were presentations of fact that could be proven as true or false, her lawyers wrote, “no reasonable person would conclude that the statements were truly statements of fact.”

Powell deflected blame to the Trump supporters who adopted the conspiracy theories and lies that she and other Trump allies pushed and that ultimately fueled the insurrection at the US Capitol on Jan. 6. Her lawyers wrote that she was just presenting her “opinions and legal theories on a matter of utmost public concern,” and that members of the public who were interested were “free” to look at the evidence and make up their own minds or wait to see how the evidence held up in court."

Who started the rumor that we are dealing with "reasonable" people?

Will that be Trump's defense? "No reasonable person would have stormed the Capitol just because I told them to."

Yes Powell is arguing that her claims that Dominion was involved in orchestrated voter fraud were so outrageous that “reasonable people would not accept such statements as fact.”

The reasonable Trump supporters that believe he is the best president the US has ever had, that there is a secret Jewish space laser and that Hillary Clinton and Tom Hanks literally eat babies – those reasonable people?

But don't laugh remember its the same defence Tucker Carlson used and that worked "Fox persuasively argues, that given Mr. Carlson's reputation, any reasonable viewer 'arrives with an appropriate amount of skepticism' about the statement he makes."

It's almost like what did they have on her to have her say such things as to completely trash her career and business? Yeah, she she and Margorie batshit crazy, but even crazy has its limits at self destruction. Maybe it was the old Bush-Cheney song and dance - send the fool out to distract the crowd while the dirty business happens behind the curtains..
