    Meanwhile, another fine day here in La Paz. The beaches are open! The waterfront walkway is open! Yay!

    We have a new modern art museum I want to check out... so off I go today to see if I can get in.

    Is the wind normal in that area? Otherwise it sounds mighty fine to me! Cold enough to sleep well at night, but warm enough during the day to really enjoy it.

    Yeah we are in autumn and we do get some breezy days,yes the heat of summer is gone,getting chilly at night now. and the sun is nice when it warms up about 10am.Denise is still in Minnesota of course and getting sick of the snow,she said yesterday they have had 98 inches for the season..

    98 inches of snow! My word!

    I haven't seen that much snow since visiting Yellowstone National Park in the winter. I hope Denise can get back to you soon :)

    I am so glad you have a sense of humor in this weather Candy Gal! I could not bear to be in that cold damp for so long, and I hope Spring arrives soon!

    And you really got me there with Steve Martin and Kermit doing the dueling banjo thingy. I like Steve Martin's stuff. He's always been funny. I liked his work with Edie Brickel... what a team. Paul Simon must have been jealous.

    Yes I always start the day with a couple of cups of Coffee Zen.
    No food until early afternoon.
    But coffee?
    Gotta have!

    And yes winter is still clinging on.
    I hate it.
    Absolutely hate it.
    I want to start lounging on my hammocks out there in that garden.
    And the quicker the better! :smile:

    We get great coffee here, dark deep delicious from Veracruz in Mexico... very strong as well. I get it in a local shop, they grind it fresh when I buy it. It costs about 7 US dollars for a full kilo.

    Last time I was in the states a good 500 gram bag of coffee was costing almost twice that price.

    I must admit to just having Instant Coffee Zen.
    I just pay for a top brand more expensive Columbian Coffee, and it suits me just fine.
