Capitol Rioter Accused of Stealing Pelosi Laptop Posted Video Pledging Allegiance to Hitler, Says Report

The 22-year-old Capitol rioter from Pennsylvania was already in hot water after her ex-partner alleged to the FBI that she stole a laptop from Nancy Pelosi’s office on Jan. 6, with the ultimate goal of hawking it to a Russian intelligence agency. She denies that claim, saying it’s just an attempt at revenge from a jilted lover. However, her lawyer has not denied a new allegation—that she posted a video online in which she performed a Nazi salute and pledged allegiance to Adolf Hitler. Bellingcat and NBC News identified the woman in the video as Williams. It appears to show her dancing while wearing a skull musk to a voiceover that says: “Hammer was right all along. There is no political solution. All that is left is acceleration. Heil Hitler.” NBC News spoke to Williams’ lawyer, A.J. Kramer, who said the video was meant as a “joke” intended to mock Nazis, and she is opposed to their beliefs."

The next day, the woman he had insulted promptly told the FBI that her ex was at the Capitol, handing over to law enforcement the string of texts, photos and videos he had sent to her.

Michetti, who lives in Ridley Park, Pa., has now been charged with knowingly entering a restricted building, violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds, and obstruction of Congress. If convicted, Michetti, who was arraigned Tuesday in federal court in Philadelphia, faces up to 20 years in prison, reported the Philadelphia Inquirer.

Neither Michetti nor his attorney, federal public defender Kathleen Gaughan, immediately responded to a request for comment late Wednesday.

Instead, the conference will welcome Trump for a keynote speech and the lineup is packed with loyalists and former administration officials. Dissent is not allowed this year."


"Mitch McConnell, Senate minority leader -- The highest-ranking Republican in Washington was not invited to the conference this year. While McConnell voted to acquit Trump at his recent impeachment trial, he gave a scathing rebuke of the former president in a speech after the trial."

 

According to the CPAC agenda, Trump will speak at 3:40 pm EST this Sunday Feb. 28th. I don't know what network will broadcast the speech, FOX news maybe, though they don't show it scheduled. I probably shouldn't watch it anyway, don't need the aggravation. Just check out the "highlights" of it later on CNN.

In a letter of support for Jeffrey Sabol—a 51-year-old Colorado geophysicist who was captured on video dragging a D.C. police officer down a flight of stairs—the unnamed sergeant insisted his friend of 12 years is an “upstanding citizen” that deserves leniency. “In the time I have known Jeff, he has been a person with a good disposition in our small mountain community in Jefferson, Colorado,” wrote the law enforcement officer, who describes himself as a decorated 23-year veteran with the Denver Police Department. The sergeant went on to say that as a police officer he never had an issue with Sabol and was surprised by his conduct on Jan. 6. “Despite this current case, I still believe Jeff Sabol to be an honorable person, a valuable member of the Jefferson County community, and a good human being,” he added."

 

Wonder how CPAC would feel if its event was stormed by rioters and near the end when Trump was giving the keynote speech.
