    Good morning all.
    Thanks Zen.
    Actually the pier they are building there won’t be all that long unfortunately.
    The previous one was far longer than the one they are building now.
    It just fell into disrepair and now they are building a new one, but it should be very nice all the same.

    Wasn't as cold as it was this morning. Sure didn't feel that way. Perhaps it's because I'm wearing thermals? Who knows. Sunny week was short lived with a chance of rain tomorrow. Well that's nature for you. I wouldn't want to get on her bad side.

    Staying on the good side of Mother Nature is great advice!

    So is wearing thermal underwear... wish I had some today. It's chilly here when the sun doesn't shine:

    Such a contrast to yesterday when it was 85 F downtown when I went for my 10,000 steps on the city streets (empty as a ghost town).

    But I did find there is a health clinic within walking distance of my home. Not very busy I might add. But the gate is open.

    They are very comfortable. I wouldn't sleep in them. Unless you want to wake up soaked in sweat. Ask me how I know! Lol

    I used to be able to handle the cold until I lost all the weight I had when I was sick last year.

    Woke up to a surprise this morning. The surprise is snow. Won't be much. But it's sticking to the pavement and I have to drive my wife to work. I might or might not have a little fun on the way. Traction control off: Check. ;)

    We flew to NYC one Christmas to find snow, it was the warmest Christmas they had seen for years. On Boxing day I did not need a coat,
    so we flew to Toronto for the New Year.
    I saw the snow falling as we landed, met up with my Hubby's cousin, and what happened? !!!!
    The sun came out and melted it all!
