Go back and read it, so you'll understand what Donald Trump will be charged with and that he'll get up to 5 years in a federal prison for what he has done. That might be served in a federal penitentiary in Georgia or Indiana after he has completed his sentence in a New York cell. And oh, by the way, do you know when Trump plans to release his tax returns? Four years ago he did tell the American people we would get them after his audit was over? Do you know what the holdup is? Why is this taking so long?

Being audited doesn't legally inhibit a person from disclosing tax filings. Trump said it would be crazy for him to do so but didn't state his rationale.
