Trump lashes out at U.S. Supreme Court. With less than a month left in office, Trump lashes out at 'totally incompetent' Supreme Court for refusing to overturn his election loss excerpt: "With less than one month until he leaves office, President Donald Trump on Saturday lashed out at the US Supreme Court over its refusal to intervene in the 2020 election, which Trump lost to President-elect Joe Biden. "The U.S. Supreme Court has been totally incompetent and weak on the massive Election Fraud that took place in the 2020 Presidential Election," he said in a tweet just before 9 a.m. Saturday. "We have absolute PROOF, but they don't want to see it - No 'standing', they say. If we have corrupt elections, we have no country!""
Governor Lee of TN requests emergency declaration from Trump. Governor Lee requests emergency declaration from President Trump after Nashville explosion | WKRN News 2
If Trump can once again whine about the election and Supreme Court, he should be able to make a statement about the Nashville explosion.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ I never thought I’d see a President of the United States (the most powerful man on earth) groveling at the feet of the SCOTUS in desperation to take up a case that doesn’t stand a chance of success Pathetic isn't strong enough a word.to describe this type of behavior.
For a Defeated President, Pardons as an Expression of Grievance excerpt: "In complaining about “prosecutorial misconduct,” though, Trump seemed to be talking as much about himself as his allies. In the flurry of 49 pardons and commutations issued this week, he granted clemency to a host of convicted liars, crooked politicians and child-killing war criminals, but the throughline was a president who considers himself a victim of law enforcement and was using his power to strike back. Never mind that Trump presents himself as a champion of “law and order.” He has been at war with the criminal justice system, at least when it has come to himself and his friends. And so in these final days in office, he is using the one all-but-absolute power vested in the presidency to rewrite the reality of his tenure by trying to discredit investigations into him and his compatriots and even absolving others he seems to identify with because of his own encounters with authorities."
pardoning these people may backfire on trump. If these people are called to testify in any civil, or state criminal case against trump they might not have the protection of the 5th amendment.
Trump is a world champion narcissist & spotlight addict. He'll try anything & everything to stay in the spotlight and be on /in every form of media. From a televised Playboy magazine interview back in the 80's - ".......... and the show is Trump. And it's on 24-7." Words of Donald Trump on a televised interview. And this a$$hole called Obama a "showboat."
Yeah, I think it was you or someone on Hipforums who told me his family actually owns a dairy farm in Iowa not California.
That's not good, not good at all. Donald Duck was elected, in part, because the chickens will believe anything you repeat often enough, and they spread the rumor at the last second that Hillary was being investigated. Some asshole in the justice department decided it was a good idea to start an investigation of Hillary, just two weeks before the election. Twitter knows damned well they can easily stomp Fox News into the dirt, and swing public opinion on a dime. The entire mass media could start jockeying for position and this could get very ugly fast. Politics are impossible when a quarter of your population insists the sun revolves around the earth, and the real issue is when will the idiots explode!
I think you are right. I'm old and have dementia starting but some brain cells still work. I can remember the old information but have trouble with short term stuff. I can still run the valves and set the points on an old Chevy engine but get totally lost on these new computerized disposable cars.
Trump slams US fashion magazines for not giving Melania a single cover shoot while he has been in office
Shouldn't they have worked out who the Nashville Bomber is by now, or at least a kind of general idea
