Progressives are pushing to get Biden to kill space force in order to save money from the defense department budget.

But the only promise Biden has made (since Trump is allocating defense department funds for his border wall) was to immediately halt construction upon taking office,
and he went on to say “There will not be another foot of wall constructed in my administration”

Summary of Trump's pressure campaign on Republican officials to overturn the election.

Trump used various cover stories, such as saying he was meeting with Michigan legislators at the White House to discuss coronavirus aid.

After meeting with Trump, Lee Chatfield wined and dined at the Trump International Hotel. He later changed the image on his social media page to one that showed his name and face projected onto the Trump hotel in DC by demonstrators.

Inside Trump’s pressure campaign to overturn the election

    excerpt:

"Over the next month, the president would conduct a sweeping campaign to personally cajole Republican Party leaders across the country to reject the will of the voters and hand him the election. In his appeals, he used specious and false claims of widespread voter fraud, leaning on baseless allegations that corrupt Democrats had conspired at every level to steal a presidential election.

In total, the president talked to at least 31 Republicans, encompassing mostly local and state officials from four critical battleground states he lost — Michigan, Arizona, Georgia and Pennsylvania. The contacts included at least 12 personal phone calls to 11 individuals, and at least four White House meetings with 20 Republican state lawmakers, party leaders and attorneys general, all people he hoped to win over to his side. Trump also spoke by phone about his efforts with numerous House Republicans and at least three current or incoming Senate Republicans.

And it all occurred in parallel to his campaign’s quixotic efforts to launch recounts and file lawsuits demanding ballots be tossed."

Inside Trump’s pressure campaign to overturn the election

    excerpt:

"Trump’s efforts to cling to power are unprecedented in American history. While political parties have fought over the results of presidential elections before, no incumbent president has ever made such expansive and individualized pleas to the officials who oversee certification of the election results. Trump even used his presidential perch to compel officials to talk with him, summoning state officials to the White House on a few-hours notice and insisting that his outreach was simply part of his presidential duties."

Republican governor Ducey of Arizona is one person Trump didn't speak to just before he signed the vote certification. Ducey put his phone on silent when he heard the ringtone 'Hail To The Chief' (Trump calling) as he was about to sign the certification.

Christie gives another warning about Flynn.

Chris Christie says Michael Flynn 'never belongs anywhere near the White House'

Chris Christie says Michael Flynn 'never belongs anywhere near the White House'

    excerpt:

"I’ve been talking about this since the transition in 2016, how dangerous I thought General Flynn was,” Christie said. “I sat with him in security briefings with the then-candidate Donald Trump, and then with President Donald Trump, and I will tell you that he is not fit to be giving advice to anyone.”

Trump denied raising the idea of imposing martial law, calling it “Fake News” in a tweet. Christie advised the president that to avoid similar reporting in the future, he should no longer welcome Flynn or Powell to the White House.

“I think the best advice I could give the president is, keep Michael Flynn and Sidney Powell out of the Oval Office,” Christie said. “And then those really bad ideas will stay out of the Oval Office as well.”

So what we have is a convicted liar who has shown his willingness to sabotage his own government teaming up with a habitual liar who has shown his willingness to sabotage his own government meeting with a leading insane conspiracy theorist and discussing sending armed Federal military forces into local town halls to seize their voting machines, "inspect" them, and then use those armed military forces to force a new round of voting in only the states that Trump lost in order to carry out a third world coup.

If I was Biden I would be watching my back and having my food tested daily for Russian poisons.

I think the presidential pardon power should be reviewed. A president shouldn’t be able to pardon someone just because they like them, or agree with them.

Trump wants Supreme Court to overturn Pa. election results

    excerpt:

“The petition seeks all appropriate remedies, including vacating the appointment of electors committed to Joseph Biden and allowing the Pennsylvania General Assembly to select their replacements,” Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani said in a statement.

He is asking the court to move swiftly so it can rule before Congress meets on Jan. 6 to tally the vote of the Electoral College, which decisively confirmed Biden’s win with 306 electoral votes to Trump’s 232. But the justices are not scheduled to meet again, even privately, until Jan 8, two days after Congress counts votes.

I don't want to take sides on this one but here in Indiana the government is going to vaccinate the Black people first. If they live then the white ones will get it.

As Chris Christie said, trump should stop associating with people on the fringe, aka nuts.
