    DENSE FOG ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM EST THIS MORNING...
    WHAT...Visibility is as low as one-quarter mile or less at times in dense freezing fog.
    WHERE...All of Southern New England near and northwest of Interstate 95.
    WHEN...Until 9 AM EST this morning.
    IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to the combination of low visibility and icy untreated roads.
    ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Sub-freezing temperatures will also freeze any moisture left on roads, leading to black ice.

    I cannot handle any girl who is not morbid obese, I suppose. But I cannot not go for someone who is morbid obese. Therefore I will be single.

    A couple of days ago, the low was -17.8 degrees in the town which I went to.

    What a wonderful climate, would you not say?

    Thanks, two weeks ago when we had Ice fog there was a 10 car pile-up on I-495,

    Let's hope we don't have a repeat performance

    Last evening I went up on the roof (not looking for Santa Claus, it's too soon...) to see if I could see the big conjunction of Saturn and Jupiter in the sky.

    Well alas, too many clouds to the southwest where it was supposed to be brilliant just after sunset.

    Instead I got this photo of the sunset for you to enjoy.
