Clearly you have a biased opinion HOWEVER the article was not BASED on trumps thought but his ACTUAL portfolio so, while I understand your distaste it has nothing to do with the facts, the man is a MULTI BILLIONAIRE
Unlikely BUT possible What Are the Chances Trump Could Actually Go to Jail? | Washington Monthly if we are a nation of equal justice and Trump is convicted of serious felonies,” Trump biographer David Cay Johnston told me. But he quickly added, “Whether it happens is entirely unpredictable.” Will Trump Go To Jail After Leaving The White House? (refinery29.com) Still, despite so many others around him having faced legal consequences, the likelihood of Trump himself spending any time behind bars is probably low, at least based on historical precedent. No former U.S. presidents have spent time in prison or jail — even including Richard Nixon, who received a pardon from President Gerald R. Ford in 1974 after resigning in disgrace from the presidency for obstruction of justice and abuse of power in the Watergate scandal.
Oh, I didnt know you were Chinese, I didnt mean to offend While you are here though, I'll have 1/2 dozen spring rolls and the sweet and sour chicken
Remember when Trump refused to be deposed? Remember when Trump gave Mueller all the written answers? Remember when Barr said he cannot be investigated or charged? Remember when Rosenstein told Mueller to avoid a national security investigation of Trump? Remember Individual 1? Remember the tax returns? Remember Deutsche Bank? Remember that Ukraine phone call? Remember Lev Parnas? Do you think OUR country is going to let all that slip away into history?
I'm not talking jail. I'm talking about prison. His crimes are felonies which are each punishable by more than one year in prison. And, he has plenty of them. His tax avoidance might buy him several years alone. What he did with the secret shell company payments to Stormy Daniels will result with a similar prison term. Michael Cohen will testify against Trump in that case. Mary Trump will testify against Donald Trump and provide the prosecutors with evidence to demonstrate he inflated and deflated his tax returns to suit the moment. Tax fraud and Bank fraud will keep Trump in prison for additional time. On CNN and MSNBC they are saying he'll spend the rest of his life in prison.
There was a criminal referral from the Inspector General to the Department of Justice and William Barr did not act on it. The new Attorney General will get to work on it on January 21st. Trump will go to prison for that too. Mike Pence will not pardon Trump because that would end all of his own political chances. Pence would be tainted by Trump dishonesty.
Even as Trump vows to keep fighting, his aides are quietly starting to move on By Josh Dawsey and David A. Fahrenthold Dec. 19, 2020 at 6:00 a.m. EST https://www.washingtonpost.com/poli...7a02e6-3fd8-11eb-a402-fba110db3b42_story.html excerpt: "Most evenings, the president does not speak at the White House holiday parties, disappointing those who flew across the country to attend. Guests at a recent party were told after 8:00 that he would not be coming down, two attendees said. He has not been communicating with the public on key issues, such as a widespread Russian hack of the country’s Internet systems or the worsening coronavirus pandemic, which is killing more than 3,000 Americans a day. One adviser, who requested anonymity to discuss internal deliberations, said Trump is “low-key pissed off all the time” and truly believes the race was stolen from him. Some of the president’s top aides are urging him to stop litigating 2020. Advisers such as Bossie have begun proposing scorched-earth tactics to cripple the Biden administration, so that Trump can better position himself ahead of 2024. Trump is expected to speak next month at the RNC’s annual meeting in Florida, in a bid to freeze the field."
Alternative Pro-Trump Slates of Electors Are a Dead End Dan McLaughlin Fri, December 18, 2020, 5:02 PM EST Alternative Pro-Trump Slates of Electors Are a Dead End excerpt: "1. Both the Constitution and federal law require electors to be chosen on a date set by Congress for their election. Every state chose to hold a popular vote to choose electors. Electors chosen six weeks later by ad hoc groups of Republican politicians are constitutionally illegitimate if those electors were in no way chosen by the people who voted on Election Day, or as part of an official post-election contest process sanctioned under preexisting state law. 2. None of the “alternative” electors has been appointed by any legitimate organ of state government, while all of the slates of popularly chosen electors have been certified by their respective state governors (or, in the case of D.C., the mayor). Most of the slates openly acknowledge that they will have no legitimacy unless a court rules in their favor. 3. Every state but Wisconsin settled on electors within the statutory “safe harbor” deadline under the Electoral Count Act of 1887, which under the law is conclusive if there is no other competing state-certified slate. 4. Even if Republicans were to force the issue to a vote and unanimously supported the president, the Democrats still control the House. Under the law, if the House and Senate disagree, the slates of electors certified by each state’s governor are counted. 5. Even if the Electoral Count Act is, arguably, unconstitutional, it would be up to Congress, not the courts, to decide that — which brings us back to the Democrats controlling the House. We would have a truly major constitutional crisis if the House declared Joe Biden the winner under the law, the Senate rejected the process as unconstitutional, and the Supreme Court refused to decide the question. 6. All of the above assumes that congressional Republicans will be lining up to join this kamikaze attack on the 2020 election, when all indications are that most of them want nothing to do with it."
With the possible exception of former football coach and Senator-elect Tommy Tuberville who has indicated he is considering it. Tuberville also said he was looking forward to raising campaign money from his U.S. Senate seat, which violates federal law.
not personal lawsuits, dumbass. He has to pay legal fees to his lawyers in the upcoming criminal cases. pompeon said it’s Russia. the president’s job doesn’t end on Election Day. which you probably supported. pompeon now says it was Russia.
THE DONALD TRUMP SCORE CARD THAT MATTERS MOST "Think of all the people this Christmas who are going to sit at a table with an empty chair...a son, a daughter, a mom, a dad...and by the way; we're going to lose a lot more people. A lot more people." President Joe Biden 320,007 dead. If 15 friends and family are affected by each death, that's 4,800,105 people grieving this holiday season (NOTE: The CDC estimates that this is an undercount by 33%). If you ever have the opportunity to be a little more kind and gentle and patient with one another, now is the time.
