Don't worry ............ The REAL GOD will dole out the punishment to the liars, cheaters, scoundrels, deceivers, those indifferent to others needs, the thieves, the corrupt, anyone guilty of rape, murder, adultery, etc. If anyone thinks otherwise, they need to go and read their Bibles.

It's a REAL BITCH when reality comes home to roost and kicks them in the balls.

All those world renowned infectious disease experts are just idiots .............. right red states??? Trump said so ............. and you know he knows more than anybody .............. he said so himself many times. Hasn't his advice of not wearing masks, going out & doing whatever you like, gathering in groups, going to work as normal, packing into churches, sporting events, and any other indoor activities - paid off really well for you????

The real irony of the "bailout" situation is that the actual amount of money that goes into the federal bank comes mostly from blue states - because their economic output (and thus treasury input) far outweighs the red states' monetary input. The figures for which states have the highest economic impact for output are publicly available. Several economists have recently brought these numbers to light.

The total number votes cast by Republicans and Democrats in the 2016 presidential election was about 128.4 million.

The total votes cast by Republicans and Democrats in the 2020 presidential election is currently about 155.5 million.

27.1 million more votes were cast in the presidential 2020 election compared to 2016.

Biden's win margin over Trump is currently about 7.1 million.

Hillary's win margin over Trump in 2016 was about 2.9 million.

Biden's win margin is 4.2 million more than that of Hillary.

Some Trump supporters on various blogs are incorrectly claiming that Biden received only 4.2 million votes of the extra 27.1 million extra votes cast in 2020 compared to 2016 in an attempt to belittle Biden's victory.

Biden won much more than 4.2 million of the extra 27.1 million votes.

4.2 million is Biden's win margin, not the total number of votes he garnered from the extra 27.1 million votes.

    Biden's win margin with respect to Trump is 4.2 million of those extra 27.1 million. That's a win margin of 15.5% (4.2 / 27.1 = 0.155).

That means Biden received 57.8% of the extra 27.1 million votes, which is 15.6 million.

Trump received 42.2% of the extra 27.1 million, which is 11.4 million.

Biden's win margin is the difference (15.6-11.4 = 4.2 million better than Hillary's win margin).

A federal appeals court unanimously shut down a conservative lawyer's attempt to block Biden's presidential win in Georgia

A US federal appeals court dismissed a bid by conservative lawyer Lin Wood to block President-elect Joe Biden's win in Georgia, the latest in a string of Trump-aligned legal setbacks to overturn the November election results.

The Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit ruled in a 3-0 decision to deny Wood's request to block the certification of Georgia's results, which they said was moot since the results have already been certified.

FOX News' Jeanine Pirro Rips 'Reptile' William Barr For Not Backing Trump's Election Lies

Fox News host Jeanine Pirro on Saturday night called Attorney General William Barr a “reptile” for failing to support Donald Trump’s baseless claim that the presidential election he lost was “rigged.”

Though Barr has been highly praised in the past by the conservative Fox personality, on Saturday she blasted him as so “deep” in the swamp that he can’t see beyond his “fellow reptiles.”

COVID-19 has passed all other medical causes of death to be The Number One Killer of Americans. That happened between January and December of 2020, because of Trump's piss poor leadership.

Trump alleges that election fraud occurred because he won Ohio and Florida but didn't win the election.

Trump's attacks on election integrity 'disgust me', says senior Georgia Republican

    excerpt:

"In Valdosta, Trump read from a prepared list of nonsensical evidence he said highlighted his victory. This included arguing that by winning Ohio and Florida he had in fact won the entire election, and also that winning an uncontested Republican primary was proof he beat Biden in November.

Trump lost the electoral college 306-232 and trails in the popular vote by more than 7m. His campaign has launched legal challenges in various states. The majority have been rejected or dropped. The campaign filed a new lawsuit in Georgia on Friday.

Trump vented fury at Republican governor Brian Kemp, a one-time ally who he called from the White House on Saturday to demand the Georgia result be overturned.

“Your governor could stop it very easily if he knew what the hell he was doing,” Trump told supporters, adding: “For whatever reason your secretary of state and your governor are afraid of Stacey Abrams.”

Abrams, a staunch voting rights advocate who Kemp beat for governor in 2018, helped drive turnout and secure the state for Biden, the first Democrat to win it since 1992."

Can you overturn a states certified election results? | wtsp.com

    excerpt

"While states set their own certification deadlines, the federal government says that any legal challenges to results must be resolved by December 8.

Here are some dates to keep in mind moving forward:

    Dec. 14: Electoral college votes
Jan. 6: Congress counts those votes
Jan. 20: The president is sworn in"

Recounts are a way to de-certify and re-certify an election result. A recount requires a re-certification of the vote count. A limited number of recounts are available in a given state for a given election.

Trump has invoked recounts in Wisconsin and Georgia. Wisconsin did a limited recount ni two counties which showed Biden as the winner. Georgia has performed a hand recount and a machine recount. Both showed Biden as the winner.

Beyond recounts, legislative action within a state could be used to override the election result. An example would be a state selecting another slate of electors different than the one based on the popular vote result. Another option is to try to convince a state to hold another election to replace the original election. Those types of extreme actions demand evidence of voting problems that would have altered the winner outcome of the original election. Trump hasn't gained any traction in those types of approaches.

Trump could try to convince electors for Biden to go faithless and vote for him or someone other than Biden during the electoral college vote on Dec. 14, enough that Biden would have less than 270 votes or that Trump would have 270 or more. In the 2016 election, Trump lost two electoral votes due to faithless electors not voting for him, which is why he ended up with 304 electoral votes instead of the 306 based on the popular vote.

Still another approach involves action within the U.S. Congress. It would require convincing Congress to implement the Electoral Count Act to challenge the electoral votes of the states when it convenes on Jan. 6 to count the electoral votes.

The chances of the above approaches to make Trump the winner are very slim.

Analysis | How Trump allies in Congress can launch one more challenge to Biden’s win in January
    Amber Phillips
    Dec. 4, 2020 at 7:03 a.m. EST

    https://www.washingtonpost.com/poli...launch-one-more-challenge-bidens-win-january/

    excerpt:

"There’s one final maneuver that at least one Trump ally says he will attempt to deny Joe Biden a win: using an 1880s law that allows members of Congress to challenge a state’s results and make the whole Congress vote on whether to accept the results. It’s been attempted after almost every election for the past two decades. It got nowhere in the past, and it almost certainly won’t now.

This year, Rep. Mo Brooks (R-Ala.) told Politico he plans to go this route. President Trump responded encouragingly Thursday. So far, no other members of Congress have joined the effort. It’s easy to imagine more jumping in with Trump’s encouragement. Brooks needs a senator to take this any further, though, and that’s looking like a taller order.

It has become the norm after recent elections for House lawmakers on the losing side to try to put up a symbolic fight over the results, and that has led to memorable moments.

This time, though, it’s not happening in a normal post-election period. The president has tried everything else — baseless fraud claims, undermining voting by mail, dubious legal challenges and strong-arming state legislatures — to try to reverse his loss. He’s running out of long shots to take."
