The leadership of the Republican-controlled state legislature in PA isn't going to give a slate of electors to Trump.

Supreme Court order, state GOP leaders effectively end Trump’s hope for Pa. legislators to reverse election results

    excerpt:

"But facing continued pressure from a segment of their party, Senate President Pro Tempore Jake Corman (R., Centre), and Majority Leader Sen. Kim Ward (R., Westmoreland), joined House Speaker Bryan Cutler (R., Lancaster) and Majority Leader Kerry Benninghoff (R., Centre) in issuing their most definitive statement yet declaring the matter dead.

“The General Assembly lacks the authority to take action to overturn the popular vote and appoint our own slate of presidential electors,” it read, adding: “While we clearly recognize the need for legislative action to address the issues presented by the 2020 General Election, some of the actions requested by our residents would require us to disregard the statutes and Constitution we have fought so hard to protect.”"

Trump purges Pentagon advisory board and gives seats to former campaign managers - CNNPolitics

    excerpt:

"President Donald Trump has purged a Pentagon business advisory board and replaced its members with his former campaign manager and deputy campaign manager, neither of whom have served in the military or have any apparent experience with the defense industry.

Acting Defense Secretary Christopher Miller announced Friday that Trump loyalists Corey Lewandowski and David Bossie would be appointed to the Defense Business Board to partly replace nine members who were ousted earlier, according to a statement from the Pentagon. Politico was first to report on the departure of the nine members."

Miller is the acting Defense Secretary because Trump fired Esper after the 2020 election via a tweet.

Trump was frustrated that Esper didn't want to turn U.S. troops onto U.S. civilian demonstrators.

Esper is the first Cabinet Secretary to exit during a lame duck period since the Johnson administration in 1968 during the height of the Vietnam war.

Trump himself does not like to read. I doubt he had the attention span to read Charles Dickens.

Not a fantasy. I think it's fair to say that 20% of republican voters are dumber than hell.

After Trump team calls them ‘cowards’ and ‘traitors,’ state GOP leaders urge Congress to reject Pa. election results

    excerpt:

"The date set by Alito — who oversees emergency petitions arising from Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware for the court — comes one day after what is known as the “safe harbor date,” the federal deadline for states to resolve outstanding challenges to their elections. Once it has passed, the state’s slate of appointed electors is considered to be locked in for the Dec. 14 Electoral College vote.

It is still possible — though, election law experts said, unlikely — that the Supreme Court could decide to consider Kelly’s appeal about the constitutionality of Pennsylvania’s mail voting law outside the context of the 2020 election.

But the schedule laid out by Alito appeared to foreclose any chance of the court weighing in before its outcome had been finalized."

U.S. Rep. Kelly of PA is turning the U.S. Congress and U.S. Supreme Court for help after lawsuits by him and the Trump campaign legal team have failed in the PA courts, including the PA Supreme Court which ruled unanimously against Kelly.

After Trump team calls them ‘cowards’ and ‘traitors,’ state GOP leaders urge Congress to reject Pa. election results

    excerpt:

"The House, controlled by Democrats, will almost certainly vote down any such challenge. And while Republicans will hold a slim majority in the Senate at the time the vote takes place, no senator has publicly entertained supporting such a challenge and U.S. Sen. Pat Toomey (R., Pa.) said flatly Friday that he will not be objecting to Pennsylvania’s electors.

Even if other senators were to do so, it is unlikely they could convince a majority of their colleagues to back the effort. So, while it is possible that some member of Congress will object to Pennsylvania’s electors on Jan. 6, especially in the House — where Trump allies like Mike Kelly (R., Pa.) have already sued in an unsuccessful attempt to overturn the state’s vote through the courts — it is extremely unlikely that such a challenge will be any more effective than those lawsuits, said Josh A. Douglas, an election law expert at the University of Kentucky.

“There is no way this gambit will impact Joe Biden becoming president,” he said. “It’s absurd.”"

And they will have a very brief stay on the board once Biden gets in office. Wonder what the hell Trump is up to now?

    @Cybenator

Pay close attention to THIS part:

According to Snopes, "DailyWire.com has a tendency to share stories that are taken out of context or not verified", including reports on protesters digging up Confederate graves, Democratic congresspeople refusing to stand for a fallen Navy SEAL's widow, and Harvard University holding segregated commencement ceremonies.[17] The credibility checker NewsGuard assessed that The Daily Wire "severely violates basic standards of credibility and transparency", "often misstates facts to advance partisan opinion" and "frequently publishes false and misleading information, particularly in stories about abortion".[5]

The Daily Wire incorrectly credited the Housing and Urban Development secretary, Ben Carson, with finding over $500 billion in accounting errors made by the Obama administration. FactCheck.orgreported that the errors were discovered and published by HUD's independent inspector general before Carson became secretary.[18]

The Daily Wire has published articles expressing skepticism that climate change is occurring and that humans contribute to climate change. Climate scientists have described the articles as being inaccurate and misleading.[19][20][21]

The investigative website Popular Information accused The Daily Wire in October 2019 of violating Facebook's policies by creating 14 anonymous pages promoting its content exclusively to boost engagement. A new Facebook policy might force them to add their ownership to their pages.[22][23] Facebook told Popular Information that it would take no action against The Daily Wire.[24][25]

Trump's legal team doesn't appear to have actually filed election fraud charges in court, although it has made numerous fraud accusations.

Trump's legal team apparently has not yet appealed any of its cases to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Trump's legal team member, Jenna Ellis, made a rallying cry "On to SCOTUS!" on Nov. 27 but hasn't yet filed an appeal.

U.S. Rep. Kelly of PA appealed his unanimous loss in the PA Supreme Court to the U.S. Supreme Court. Kelly isn't formally a member of the Trump campaign legal team.

Jenna Ellis has been blaming 'activist judicial machinery' for Trump's losses in court.
