Some of Lewandowski's predictions at the beginning of 2020. 2020 forecast: A House switch, a slimmer Senate for GOP — and a bigger win for Trump By Corey Lewandowski, opinion contributor 01/01/20 03:00 PM EST 2020 forecast: A House switch, a slimmer Senate for GOP — and a bigger win for Trump excerpts: "Democrats will lose control of the House of Representatives and Pelosi will become the first Speaker to become former Speaker twice, ending her political career." "Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) will be the Democratic nominee, and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) will become the de facto leader of the Democratic Party." "Republicans will hold the Senate, despite losing at least one incumbent." "Donald J. Trump will win by an even larger electoral margin in 2020 than he won by in 2016."
In Key States, Republicans Were Critical in Resisting Trump’s Election Narrative They refuted conspiracy theories, certified results, dismissed lawsuits and repudiated a president of their own party. By Peter Baker and Kathleen Gray Nov. 28, 2020 In Key States, Republicans Were Critical in Resisting Trump’s Election Narrative excerpt: "The three weeks that followed tested American democracy and demonstrated that the two-century-old system is far more vulnerable to subversion than many had imagined even though the incumbent president lost by six million votes nationwide. But in the end, the system stood firm against the most intense assault from an aggrieved president in the nation’s history because of a Republican city clerk in Michigan, a Republican secretary of state in Georgia, a Republican county supervisor in Arizona and Republican-appointed judges in Pennsylvania and elsewhere. They refuted conspiracy theories, certified results, dismissed lawsuits and repudiated a president of their own party, leaving him to thunder about a supposed plot that would have had to include people who had voted for him, donated to him or even been appointed by him. The desperate effort to hang onto office over the will of the people effectively ended when his own director of the General Services Administration determined that Joseph R. Biden Jr. is the president-elect and a judge Mr. Trump put on the bench chastised him for ludicrous litigation."
In Key States, Republicans Were Critical in Resisting Trump’s Election Narrative excerpt: "Mark Aronchick, a lawyer who represented the city of Philadelphia in several cases brought by the Trump campaign, said the past three weeks proved that the judicial system would not simply bend to the president’s will. “This period of time, with all the things that the Trump campaign were throwing, I viewed as very much a stress test on what I will shout from the rooftops is the best legal system the world has ever seen, in terms of independence of the judiciary and the rule of law,” he said. “And at both the state and federal level, the system has come through with flying colors.”"
As an African American what I found most disgusting was Trump’s attempt to suppress the black vote. Those robo-calls targeting black voters were not just limited to Detroit, but included cities like Cleveland, Philadelphia, Milwaukee, and Atlanta, Even after the election his lawsuits have been designed to specifically target majority black cities such as Milwaukee, Detroit, Philadelphia, and Atlanta. Oddly enough Biden actually had less votes in two of those cities than Hillary Clinton in 2016, but it was the suburban vote which picked up the slack. The same white female suburban voters who trump tried to frighten by suggesting under Biden the suburbs would be overrun by blacks and Hispanics and their property values would go down. Trump proceeded to ask white suburban women, "will you please like me? " Their answer was clear and unequivocal ‘No’ ....lol..
Sickening that the whole damn thing was done in front of the whole country to see. No shame in his game, whatsoever. And yet, a lot of my friends and other folks (some of them African American) try to convince me that he’s not racist. Fuck are they thinking? How, and why, people turn a blind eye to these antics he’s displayed the last 4 years is stunning to me.
Trump ended up firing Krebs. Trump is now accusing the courts of being unfair after his multiple losses. Trump slams judges' election decisions: 'What kind of a court system is this?' excerpt: "President Trump blasted judges' rejections of his legal challenges to 2020 election results and said he couldn't be certain any of his cases would make it to the Supreme Court in his first interview since Election Day on Sunday. "We’re not allowed to put in our proof. They say you don’t have standing," Trump told "Sunday Morning Futures." "I would like to file one nice big beautiful lawsuit, talking about this and many other things, with tremendous proof. We have affidavits, we have hundreds and hundreds of affidavits.""

I just hope that people remember this if he plans to run again in 2024. If he loses, he’ll challenge the election results again- if he wins, he’ll pull the same stunts we’re seeing now come re-election after THAT term. It will all be the same...exact....BULLSHIT!!!
I don't understand it either, the lies he's told over the past four years have been both numerous and blatant. The comments he's made about windmill cancer, wanting to buy greenland, claiming he invented the word caravan, asking "why are we having all of those people from shithole countries coming here" The horrific response to the coronavirus pandemic. Voters who claim to be patriots, always seen waving the flag and yet accepting comments from a president of the united states calling fallen heroes suckers and losers - It's like their minds have been twisted. He brings out the worst in people.
Trump made reference to a special counsel to investigate the election. ‘My mind will not change in six months’: In first post-election TV interview, Trump renews baseless claims of voter fraud Felicia Sonmez November 29, 2020 https://www.washingtonpost.com/poli...68b4e4-3261-11eb-b59c-adb7153d10c2_story.html excerpts: "Biden won the presidential race with 306 electoral votes — the same number as Trump had four years ago in what he and his aides described as a landslide at the time." "In the Sunday interview, Trump said he is “going to use 125 percent of my energy” to continue to contest the results through the courts and signaled that he would be open to having a special counsel investigate the election. Any such appointment would be made by Attorney General William P. Barr."
Politics updates: Trump mocked for claim that 'I came up with vaccines' Matthew Brown, USA TODAY Published 10:55 a.m. ET Nov. 29, 2020 | Updated 3:06 p.m. ET Nov. 29, 2020 Trump mocked for 'I came up with vaccines' claim: politics updates excerpt: "I came up with vaccines that people didn't think we'd have for five years," Trump said during his phone interview Sunday on Fox News, later adding that people would try to credit President-elect Joe Biden. The Trump administration's "Operation Ward Speed" has helped, but doctors and drug makers have been the ones who developed the actual vaccines that should be available for public use soon. Jonathan Reiner, professor of Medicine and Surgery at George Washington University, said Trump sometimes sounds like King Louis XIV proclaiming "'l'état, c'est moi' – the state is me.""
