Now Giuliani can hold another parking lot presser next to a sex shop and say that he will take new cases to the courts that prove Trump would have won if Pfizer had released the vaccine results before the election and that, therefore, Trump is the true winner of the election.

“There will be a smooth transition to a second Trump administration”: Pompeo

    excerpts:

""WE ARE MAKING BIG PROGRESS. RESULTS START TO COME IN NEXT WEEK. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!" Trump tweeted on Tuesday."

"But privately Trump has taken notice of Biden's enhanced schedule of presidential-style briefings and speeches, which contrast sharply with his own mostly vacant daily agendas. Trump made a last-minute appearance in briefing room last Thursday but has otherwise not held an official event in a week."

McEntee has made it known that any Trump official who has plans to resign will be fired.

Trump wants to be the one who makes the decision to retain or fire them in his second term (that he thinks he will obtain with the help of attorney general Barr).

McEntee was thrown out of the White House by the Secret Service over security concerns. Trump later brought him back into the administration and placed him in charge of hiring and firing White House personnel.

Trump blocks transition as he refuses to accept loss - CNNPolitics

    excerpt:

"Yet even as the White House has avoided sending direct instructions, Trump's aides have made their wishes known. The President's personnel chief John McEntee spread word throughout the administration on Monday that if he hears of anyone looking for another job they will be fired, according to a senior official. The news dismayed many officials, who worry especially about young staffers who will soon need new sources of income."

    https://www.washingtonpost.com/us-policy/2020/11/10/trump-federal-budget-post-election/

    excerpt:

"The White House budget proposal is typically issued in February, which would be at least two weeks after President Trump is scheduled to depart the White House. He lost the Nov. 3 election to former vice president Joe Biden, who is set to be sworn in on Jan. 20, though Trump has refused to accept the results.

The decision to proceed with Trump’s budget for the 2022 fiscal year has rankled and surprised several career staffers given Biden’s victory, as well as the fact that the incoming Biden administration is expected to submit its budget plan to Congress early next year.

The insistence on budget planning, even though Trump won’t be in office to offer a budget in February, is part of a recent pattern of behavior from White House officials and senior political appointees who have sought to reject the election results.

On Monday, the Trump White House also instructed senior government officials to not cooperate with Biden’s transition team, igniting a potential legal battle.

Asked if the fiscal 2022 budget process was proceeding as planned, a spokesperson for the White House budget office said, “Of course.”"

Trump tweets ‘WE WILL WIN’ despite no legal victories or evidence in fraud battle

    excerpt:

"The president has frequently falsely claimed mail-in voting was plagued by fraud despite a vast pool of research and evidence showing the voting option to be safe from cheating. In fact, evidence has actually shown mail-in voting to be an incredible efficient and effective way to accurately and fairly conduct the voting process, with research even showing that voting by mail does not skew towards one party: both Democrat and Republican voters cast ballots by mail in red and blue states nationwide.

However, the president’s repetitive attacks on mail-in voting appeared to cause a decline in Republicans using the alternative voting option, as experts said Mr Trump may have actually depressed his own turnout by urging them not to vote by mail in the midst of a global pandemic."

Wisconsin is still struggling with the coronavirus.

New leadership at the White House hopefully will change the trend.

    Wisconsin on Nov 9:

    2,003 people in the hospital
    396 in the ICU

    Wisconsin in Nov 10:

    7073 new cases
    66 deaths

So what do you think Trump has up his sleeve with all the firings at the Pentagon and talk of getting rid of the CIA Director? And Barr preparing to sic the Justice Department on the vote counters. And all the talk from people like Mike Pompeo about a "transition" to a second Trump term? Pretty brazen, in the absence of a shred of evidence of widespread voter fraud. Will we have our civil war after all? I really think it's unlikely this will go well for anyone.

U.S. sets record high for coronavirus hospitalizations.

Since the election, Trump hasn't said anything about the virus excerpt an accusation that Pfizer deliberately didn't release its hopeful vaccine information until after the election.

Biden's popular vote lead over Trump is now 4.9 million. It has increased steadily as ballots have been tallied.

Biden's total popular vote lead over Trump in the critical swing states of AZ, GA, MI, NV, PA and WI is about 256,000 according to Yahoo election center.

Trump and Pompeo sound like Baghdad Bob who would concoct wild stories about how the Iraqi army was beating the U.S. and how Iraqi victory was near.

Former chief of staff Mick Mulvaney tells Trump to put up or shut up.

Trump's former chief of staff on election fraud claims: 'Put up or shut up on the evidence'

    excerpt:

“Allegations are not enough, and everybody knows this,” said Mick Mulvaney, former acting White House chief of staff and director of the Office of Management and Budget, in an interview with Yahoo Finance Live. Lawyers “have to put up or shut up on the evidence for the lawsuits. You can’t go out on TV and say, ‘they’re stealing the election,’ and not back that up with facts.”

Suits have been filed in five states alleging various ballot and voting irregularities; several cases have been thrown out. On Monday, the Trump campaign filed suits to try to stop election officials from certifying results in Michigan and Pennsylvania, claiming fraud.

According to the latest ballot count, Biden was ahead by 47,525 votes in Pennsylvania and by 146,123 in Michigan, with 99% tallied in both states.

“There are small instances of voter fraud in elections,” said Mulvaney. “It’s in the single digits sometimes, but it doesn’t move elections typically to 30,000 or 40,000 people. The difficulty is that so many people voted by mail, and it’s hard to grasp how many votes are still out there remaining to be counted.”
