This is typical of Rump. First he goes in one direction - anti-vax ............ and the LEMMINGS all go toddling after their pied piper - all against vaccinations. Now he's telling his ever-faithful LEMMINGS to go get vaccinated for the Covid-19 virus ...................... and they'll blindly go storming in THAT direction .......................... without even noticing or questioning why he went in completely opposite directions.

That's called willful blindness.

LEMMING - a small rodent-like animal that travels in "herds" that willfully and blindly follow one "leader" of the pack. This behavior even extends to their habit of following that leader as it changes direction in panic & runs over the edge of a cliff - and they fall to their death below.

D Liles of the New York Times has an article about thousands of Veterans who have joined Trump Militias, and brought their military know how with them. The article says there are 15,000 to 20,000 such individuals who have joined 300 such militia groups. And that the militia groups which tend to be extremists and white nationalists have welcomed these veterans. What remains to be seen is the day after November 3rd, of 2020, just 50 days from now. Trump's close friend Roger Stone has just told Alex Jones on the infowars talk show that Trump should declare martial law in the event he lost the election. Stone said Trump should confiscate Clark County ballots, in Nevada. If Trump does declare martial law, these right wing extremists - who are nothing more than neo KKK membership - just might start killing innocent people in America. They have wanted a race war for many years. Well known white supremacists like Robert Matthews and Ben Davis have made it clear their plan was to start a race war. During the Jim Crow era, the Klansmen roamed the country and raided the homes of poor black people for the sole purpose of terror. Most of the time terrorized people run away. And that is what Trump's white supremacist militias want.

 

VG -like most white nationalists- just can't stand the idea of a Black man being president, let alone a Black man who does his job well.

 

In the middle of a global pandemic with most businesses shut down across the country, the unemployment rate under Trump is still lower than when Obama mishandled a bunch of banks over lending

"The Posse Comitatus Act bans the use of National Guard units for law enforcement only when they are federalized, meaning they are brought under the command and control of the president. When National Guard units are operating in so-called hybrid status — serving federal missions funded with federal dollars but under state governors' command and control — they are not subject to the act and therefore are able to perform law enforcement functions, like searches and arrests.

Congress has limited the activities the National Guard can perform in hybrid status, but it does allow it to perform training exercises in this formulation. Barr twisted this provision to enable the rogue deployment in Washington from 11 states.

According to Barr's interpretation of the law, it seems that the president can shoehorn any duty into the category of "training." And if a governor objects to a federal mission in his or her state, well, that's no obstacle under Barr's theory: The president can simply find willing governors in other states and send their National Guard units across state borders.

That's not what Congress intended, and it's not what American citizens expect. That's why we are trying to close this loophole and prevent Trump and any future president from doing another end run around the Posse Comitatus Act. Our proposal would make it clear that National Guard units cannot act as a federal police force while engaged in training."

I was looking at a CT scan of one of the mass-shooting victims from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, who had been brought to the trauma center during my call shift. The organ looked like an overripe melon smashed by a sledgehammer, and was bleeding extensively. How could a gunshot wound have caused this much damage?

The reaction in the emergency room was the same. One of the trauma surgeons opened a young victim in the operating room, and found only shreds of the organ that had been hit by a bullet from an AR-15, a semiautomatic rifle that delivers a devastatingly lethal, high-velocity bullet to the victim. Nothing was left to repair—and utterly, devastatingly, nothing could be done to fix the problem. The injury was fatal."
