Every single thing that goes wrong for Trump is immediately blamed on the Obama Administration. That right there is a sign of weak leadership and utter incompetence!

I hope the press starts to show the Trump irony of dispatching federal agents against Leftist demonstrators, but at the same time pushing whites to attend demonstrations with their AR-15 rifles. Our people need to scream bloody murder when Trump pushes violence. He's not a law and order president. He's an ass-hole extraordinaire!

This is the basis of my question. Why does vg care who the president of the united states is? I don't care who the prime minister of australia is.

Well, the question brings up my comment. I said he might be getting paid by some one with such an interest in this election.

The late Herman Cain was part of Black Voices For Trump. Someone at the 2020 RNC convention could have at least given him an honorable mention for essentially sacrificing his life for Trump. They said nothing about him.

The sardonic celebrity death website Stiffs.com gave him a tribute..

    Herman Cain — Stiffs.com

    excerpt:

    "Herman Cain

Crazy. He was completely healthy at a rally in Tulsa last month, and now he's dead of Covid. Hard to imagine.

    Name Herman Cain
    Birthday December 13, 1945
    Age 74
Died on Thursday, July 30th, 2020"

Misinformation about Herman Cain is still circulating on various blogs.

Some people are under the mistaken impression that he was undergoing treatment for cancer recently. His cancer was diagnosed in 2006.

Apparently, the jist of some Trump enthusiasts is that his immune system was depressed from 'recent' chemotherapy treatments (which depress the immune system temporarily, not for 14 years) and that this would have made him more susceptible to contracting the coronavirus.

Some seem to be arguing that his positive coronavirus test result, which happened about 9 days after the Trump Tulsa rally he attended, would have occurred earlier due to his 'recent' cancer treatments and that therefore he couldn't have contracted the virus at Trump's rally. It's another faulty argument and an attempt at shielding Trump from any responsibility for his rallies causing people to contract the coronavirus.

Herman Cain was, in my opinion, used just like a piece of toilet tissue to wipe Trump’s filthy shit compacted ass- to finally be discarded because he no longer served any purpose to him. It’s sad, brutally obvious and disgusting.

There was a picture of Trump at the airport with some tissue stuck on his shoe. I wish someone would put it up on here again.

Bannon changes his mind about the Deep State.

Fox host blames ‘deep state’ for Bannon arrest – Bannon says that's for 'nut cases'

    excerpt:

"The “deep state” is supposedly a conglomeration of bureaucrats and law enforcement agents which exists to thwart Trump’s agenda. Bannon enthusiastically propagated the theory when he was Trump’s campaign manager in the 2016 election and then a senior adviser in the White House.

However, since leaving Trump’s employ he has repeatedly cast doubt on the theory.

In Deep State: Trump, the FBI and the Rule of Law by James B Stewart, published last October, Bannon said the “deep state conspiracy theory is for nut cases”, because “America isn’t Turkey or Egypt”.

There is a formidable government bureaucracy in the US, he told Stewart, but “there’s nothing ‘deep’ about it. It’s right in your face.”

Bannon also described to the journalist Michael Wolff, for his book Siege: Trump Under Fire, advice he gave to a ghostwriter working on Trump’s Enemies: How the Deep State is Undermining the Presidency, a book by Trump aides Corey Lewandowski and David Bossie.

As quoted by Wolff, Bannon said: “You do realise that none of this is true.”"

The son of a bitch should be brought up up manslaughter charges for lying about the virus and costing thousands of American lives!!!!!!!!! He's still lying about lying about lying about lying!! If he and his "people " --assholes like Pompeo, Giuliani, Nunes and many other law flaunting criminals don't end up in prison-----the laws of this country will mean NOTHING hereafter!. And yet--millions of dumb fucks will vote for the narcissistic , mentally ill prick!!

Trump defends downplaying virus by invoking Churchill but gets the history wrong

    excerpts:

"“He always spoke with calmness. He said we have to show calmness,” Trump said, likening his attempts to play down the virus to Churchill’s leadership amid the Nazis’ sustained bombing "blitz" against London during World War II.

But the president’s dubious comparison mischaracterized his blunt frankness about the dire situation with the British people, even as Churchill encouraged resolve.

Historian Jon Meacham, who authored the book “Franklin and Winston” about the friendship between the two wartime leaders, countered the president’s assertion by offering up a quote that more accurately embodied Churchill’s tone at the time.

“The British people can face any misfortune w/ fortitude & buoyancy as long as they are convinced that those in charge of their affairs are not deceiving them, or are not dwelling in a fool’s paradise,” Meacham quoted Churchill as saying."

"But in contrast to Churchill’s inspection of bombing damage on the streets of London amid war -- where he put himself at great personal risk -- Trump’s walk across Lafayette Square to stand in front of a church that had been partially burned amid protests followed the forcible removal by law enforcement of mostly peaceful protesters."

Trump thinks that if he had acted improperly about the coronavirus, Woodward should have notified the authorities to properly prepare the country for the virus.

Trump twists history of Churchill and FDR to cover up pandemic denialism - CNNPolitics

    excerpt:

"In one stunning moment, he said that if the Washington Post reporter, whose book "Rage" comes out Tuesday, was so concerned about what was said in their taped conversations, he should have gone to the "authorities" so they could prepare the country. Of course, under the Constitution, the President is the ultimate authority and whether Trump likes it, the buck stops with him for the pandemic and every other national crisis."
