Republicans are accepting as long you ignore the racial biases of society. They hate that most of the non white vote goes to Democrats. So they accuse them of being the real racists. Their racist voter loves it. Their "racism" is things like Affirmative Action or BLM. The minority vote they do get is always an example of why they are not racist. Cubans for example can be very right wing. A race is not a hive mind. Some of them don't see racism as much of an issue or ignore the racist stuff because of other things.

The GOP has to go back all the way to Civil War to prove any sort of racism from Democrats. They ignore all the history since where racists vote right wing.

 

The left has always been good at naming their organizations for easy deception.

Black lives do matter. Most people agree with this 3-word phrase that the lives of black people matter. Only problem is the organization and the phrase are not the same thing.

This talent isn't confined to "the left". Liberty University isn't really about "liberty". Young Americans for Freedom are selective in the freedom they're for.

 

Because they ran away from Castro and they have poor understanding of the Sandino Revolution which applies to all of Central America. The Castro and Sandino Agenda was to help the poor. The Miami Cubans escaped because they were the former rich of Cuba or they worked for one of Mayer Lanski's casinos.

 

Honest answer if you talk to other Latinos it's because they are the house slaves. They accept abuse because it's better to be in the house than the field. It almost makes them feel like they are equal to white voter in the eyes of the white voter. They hope that by repeating what the racists say they will get less abuse.

All Latinos come to America because they like it. They really do want to have the BBQ"s and Thanksgiving etc but most of them are proud to still be who they are Cubans are seen as wanting to please white people too much. So in places like Florida they live in mostly Cuban areas with no contact with the white GOP but what they see on TV. So they lie to themslevs and think that being "American" means turning on their own people.

Do they have a bad taste form Communism? Sure and I bet that is the point you wanted me to make. But had they lived in Europe they may have a new perspective on that.

When a populace is scared and manipulated, they’ll gladly hand over their rights. In the 2000s they scared Americans to give away their rights over fears of terrorism. This decade it’s fears over a virus.
