Have you seen the news recently? It's not going well for high population and conservative states.

Had they listened to doctors the US would be Europe now. They didn't so well into 2021 the virus is going to be an issue. Watch in a few months how the new cultural war is people deciding they love grandma too much to miss x-mas so they will go get her sick. Those damn liberals are too afraid and they hate Jesus anyway so it's a great way to virtue signal if you go out.

Why do you think of all people the mothers themselves would have your view of patriotism over medical logic? A doctor is not supposed to be treat people they know because the personal feelings might cloud judgement. It's one of the main arguments in the anti-vax movement. The mom will claim she birthed the kid so no one knows them like her especially a doctor who only saw them for 5 minutes.

So it's mothers who are more likely to want lock downs for emotional reasons. You picked a bad group for an example. Literally the people most prone to not think clearly with kids.

Trump and his crew have shown their lack of geo-political knowledge repeatedly.

White House Deputy Press Secretary Hogan Gidley referred to Peurto Rico as a country when it is a U.S. territory.

Trump talked about Puerto Rico as if it was another country on the other side of an ocean when he was making excuses about why supplies from the U.S. hadn't been delivered sooner to Puerto Rico after the hurricane.

Trump said he was building a beautiful border wall between Colorado and Mexico (they don't share a border and are hundreds of km apart)..

Trump said to the leader of India that China and India don't share a border (they do and its thousands km long).

Trump blamed Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia for the breakup Yugoslavia. They weren't part of Yugoslavia. Trump thought he was talking to people from the Balkans when in fact it was the Baltic states.

Sources say that Trump, while looking at a map of South Asia, mispronounced Nepal as nipple and referred to Bhutan as button..

Trump referred to Belgium as a beautiful city.

    He confused Namibia with Nambia.

Trump apparently thought that the president of Iraqi Kurdistan, Nechirvan Barzani, was Mazloum Abdo of the Syrian YPG and misspoke to him as if he was an adversary.

Trump has complained that the UK doesn't call itself England anymore, as if England changed its name.

Sean Spicer referred to the prime minister of Australia as Trumbull instead of Turnbull.

In a similar fashion, Trump has complained that the name 'trade schools' was changed to 'community colleges'. The two are different entities.

    https://www.newsweek.com/donald-trump-south-carolina-gop-republican-voters-against-trump-1517556

"For too long we have all been too afraid to step up and to say anything about it, but now the time has come that there is no excuse not to and we have to get involved."

Galloway, who first got involved in the GOP at the age of 14, is a political science student at Clemson University and was a former chairman of the South Carolina Teenage Republicans.

He continued: "We have to say 'enough is enough,' that we are not going to have a president like this, that we are not going to have a betrayal of conservatism and we are not going to have a betrayal of this country

The term "Community College" sounds so socialist.... But "Trade School" on the other hand....

"America" is shutting down again is it?

Halving the number of people owners can have in restaurants in three out of 50 states is "America" shutting down again?

I live in a Republican governed state and they just ordered masks on everyone in public places in several big cities. The rural ones will likely follow. Even the Republicans don't want their own family members to get this virus.

Speaking of Puerto Rico, Trump downplayed the death toll in Puerto Rico from Hurricane Maria claiming when he left, there were only 6-18 deaths The official death toll was closer to 3,000.

That was Trump's alibi for his slow response to the hurricane damage in Puerto Rico.

Puerto Rico is about 1100 miles from Florida, which is about a 2-hour flight for a passenger jet.

Now he has to deal with his slow response to the coronavirus.

Trump says Puerto Rico is 'an island surrounded by big water'

    excerpt:

"Mr Trump, meanwhile, has defended his administration's response, blaming the media for biassed coverage and repeatedly mentioning the territory's island location.

"This is an island sitting in the middle of an ocean – and it's a big ocean, a really, really big ocean," Mr Trump told reporters earlier this week.

He later informed Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy that Puerto Rico is "out in the ocean. You can't just drive your trucks there”.

"This is tough stuff,” he added."

    Monday ..lol...

    Reporter
: President Trump, you've said many times that the number of coronavirus cases is going up because testing is increasing.

    Trump: That's right.

Reporter: Do you acknowledge that it's going up for other reasons too; for example, that it's actually spreading? And what are you going to do to stop the spread?

Trump: Well, you know that we have one of the lowest mortality rates anywhere. If you know, [former Vice President Joe] Biden and [former President Barack] Obama stopped their testing; they just stopped it.
You probably know that. I'm sure you don't want to report it. But they stopped testing. Right in the middle, they just went, "No more testing," and on a much lesser problem than the problem that we have, obviously with respect to --
this is the worst thing that's happened since probably 1917. This is a very bad -- all over the world. It's 188 countries right now.

Trump remarks on July 14, 2020. He's still blaming everyone else for the coronavirus.

"I've always had a tough stance. Look, we made a great trade deal — was done, the ink wasn't even dry, and they hit us with the plague. So right now, I'm not interested in talking to China about another deal. I'm interested in doing other things with China."

"We hold China fully responsible for concealing the virus and unleashing it upon the world.".
