The virus entered your country 4 months ago, its taken that long to infect 2.3 million people, thats not even 1% of your population. Do you understand?

It never was infectious enough to require face masks in most situations

Come on man, its 7 months old, and you are still asking questions like this. Remember all the doctors dying in wuhan, then they got them to wear eye protection, then they stopped dying, well not as many of them anyway

Considering all the hype and Trump's expectation that this would relaunch his campaign, it seems like an indecent turnout. From his basement, Biden is still leading in the latest poll (Fox) by 12 points

I wouldn't have expected anything less.

If you were boisterous enough, trump might have even noticed you in that half filled arena ...lol...

You understand, I'm sure, that the purpose of the masks isn't to protect the wearer, but to protect others around them from droplets, sneezing, coughing.
Face masks greatly reduce risk of COVID-19: Watch this video to see how
Can face masks protect against the coronavirus?
    Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)
But of course Trumpsters don't care about anything but me, me, me.

Except in the case of the healthcare worker, right?

I think that's where I see a discrepancy. They're not wearing those to prevent getting the patient sick. It's likely the opposite, and that's the main issue I had with initial information given by the CDC or WHO about whether or not we should wear masks.

I know what it says... It's just hard to understand because healthcare workers are operating on a different standard. For them, it's considered protective gear.

And I always wear one - we're required to as I'm in California, but even without that. I always wear one. Sometimes even in the car just to set a good example. I used to hang one on my rearview so I wouldn't forget it. Now I just leave in the car.

Yes... They are wearing protective gear to protect the patients, as well as themselves.

    Right! :)

So I've been sort of following suit to protect myself in a similar way; which I realize may seem overboard to some... It's cool & I don't mind doing it; especially with elderly parents and so forth.

I agree Trump supporters are generally very loud and confrontational, but neither protesters nor the coronavirus
would stop them from coming to Tulsa.

Unless they had a sudden epiphany, a sudden realization that this guy isn't who he claims to be or represents

    you're delusional.
Turns out that there were only 6,200, and that comes from the fire marshal.

In Bolton's book, he says trump wanted the Chinese to buy $36 billion worth of soybeans this year(to help get him reelected). So far, the Chinese have only bought $5 billion worth thru the first four months of the year. Source: LA Times.

Knowing Trump, he will try to have someone fire the fire marshal.

It may be time for Trump to pay 20,000 crisis actors to attend his rallies.

China has little incentive to buy any American farm products if it will help Trump's reelection.

Trump painted himself into a corner with that one.

I agree the Coronavirus transmissibility rate is much lower outside than inside, which is why there wasn't a huge spike in cases during the protests. Coupled with most of.
the protesters wearing masks, the transmissibility rate drops even further, unless someone sneezes or coughs directly in your face right through the mask.

But in the enclosed space of an arena, presumably shoulder to shoulder with 20,000 other people (Yes, I know it was a paltry six thousand)
you must really enjoy playing Russian Roulette
