Seems like you’re not comprehending the news. One of the states where daily cases of covid are rising fastest is Arizona....predicted high in Phoenix is 109 F. It’s not fizzling out any more than the idiotic statements fromTrump are. The negative exponential growth is absurd, the 20,000 Americans testing positive every single day are not impressed.

First of all the number of new cases in Arizona per day is a power of 10 greater than 100. I have an extensive background in math and experience in Interpreting statistics and can smell a bald faced attempt to obscure numbers at 20 paces. Negative exponential growth is a classic example since the growth is most certainly not negative in the way most people would expect. If you are in an automobile going 100 mph and step the accelerator and increase your rate of speed, your speed may not be increasing exponentially “negative exponential increase” but a sustained additional increase will put you in deep shit in a short time.

Acceleration in a car is a quadratic function, not exponential, acceleration = distance/time/time, ms^-2

Trump's Tulsa rally sure is getting "rave reviews"....(not).

An excerpt from a recent CNN article regarding Pence and Trump:

Now, I get that enclosed areas act as incubators for diseases such as COVID-19. But you cannot tell me that tens of thousands of rioters aren't spreading something, too, given the fact not all are wearing masks and are breathing next to each other.

I'm definitely not suggesting Trump's rally should carry forth as planned, but I'm calling bullshit if anyone thinks that you cannot catch something with an infection radius of 13 feet and the ability to travel on shoes regardless if outside or in. (Source: WebMD and the CDC). Point I'm making is that this rally has been blown much further out of proportion than the rallies (riots, call them what you will) in terms of COVID-19, and if we're attempting to view this whole COVID-19 thing fairly, it's time that more people see things from all angles instead of whichever angle the media deems fitting for their narrative.
