how do you figure? Where is the snobbery in that? I know blue collar areas well. No problem with them. Like blue collar areas too, lived in many such areas. 265k is not an expensive home in the USA, especially near a major city for the state. I said it has taken a downward turn. That happens sometimes. People dont care for their homes. Brining everyone’s property down. That isn’t snobbery to state facts. I lived in an attached home before, if my neighbour did take care of his place, it effected my place... leaky roof next door, my place leaks, bad electrical... fire, my place I live effected... garbage in the front yard, etc... not snobbery... people want to live in areas they know their neighbours care about the community, everyone regardless of income.
Starter homes for people i don’t see as a bad thing at all. 265k for a home is cheap. You will pay double that for a condo in my city that doesn’t have a bedroom. I am far from rich. Not like you vlad and actually like working class areas. The sense of community, regardless of ethnicity. same with areas with starting homes. All people trying to create a stable home to Start a family, set down roots, raise kids, etc..

What is better to support that or to say it does not matter because you don't own slaves and "don't see color". Black people don't vote red for a reason and that reason is not that they are too stupid to understand they are someone's pet. It's more insulting or "racist" to assume an entire race of people is too stupid to understand politics and that is your view.

 

I'm thinking that's the inflated insurance value. This murderous oinker makes a serious score when someone lights his house up. Nobody can get near his house, but they'll surely vacate the place soon enough. The rest of the oinkers have to sneak them out at night (or dressed as cops).

Most of the oinkers around here either live on a massive ranch and have trustees doing all then work for free, or they live in a gated community 10 miles out of town, or they live in another county entirely. BUT, we have some that are clearly slumming in the $75K-$150K neighborhoods. They probably have trouble keeping their money straight or they haven't found anyone they can shake down yet. A lot of the cops living in the cheap seats are from other counties, so they're hiding basically.

Finally got ahold of my friend. During the riots, looting one guy was shot, murdered. Not cop related. Suspect in custody. A plastic moulding company was set ablaze... that has to be good for breathing in fresh air, a Wendy’s, auto zone, lots of oil and tires there, burning, and a cub food store. Tons of looting. Most of the fires and stuff was at 26th and lake street. A low income area. Lake street is considered an area you don’t walk at night. Air quality must be awful around there. Plastic, tires and oil burning. Brilliant.

 

They saw it on the doppler weather radar there was so much smoke.

this really can’t be good for the environment, I am for the environment and would never bring about such toxic fumes. This can’t be good for the ozone layer and climate change either.

Yes and many small businesses, local businesses were set on fire. A man who lived across the street from the auto place, an old vet, he is now homeless and lived there for the last 30 years. Others are homeless too because of the fires. Peoples homes set up in flames too. They threw rocks at fire fighters too. Blocked them.

Like after a house party with lots of alcohol your house all a mess, and damn a cigarette burn hole in the couch who the hell did that !! Everyone who was out last night looking around today is like WTF happened.

Just like with a nasty alcohol hangover "I wish I didn't drink so much yesterday" I bet most of them wake up and looked around well this mess sucks, seemed like a good idea at the time but damn we really screwed up.
