Just had a good sesh on the weights, about to start imbibing bourbon and coke then.....pizza!

We only just got back from a lovely promenade walk, although it is only 10c here in Rhos On Sea North Wales.
Now gonna have some nice lunch, and later get back on here to converse with all of the very nice people here.
This makes the lockdown just that bit more bearable.

 

It just stopped raining here.
Now I can go out.

 

Planning my days work-out + looking forward to chomping on some burgers and coleslaw!

Deciding if a taco or a burrito would be better for lunch. i'm leaning towards the taco w/ extra salsa and avocado.
