Thinking I must go out.

 

Today, soaking garbanzo beans for tomorrow... Tomorrow, trying making a vegan cobb salad instead of ordering one for $14.00.

 

That seems pricey???

I am just chilling now.

 

Well, yeah. Lol. I would try to deny it, but you're right.

It's a big salad with many more ingredients than an ordinary salad, so I forgive them. And I order it regularly. But after tax and the gratuity (in the US the two, tax and gratuity are separate. And not contributing gratuity is practically a carinal sin! ) it is approaching twenty dollars. This particular restaurant gives you free bread to their credit. You get about 6 rolls with it.

But, I told my mom and she wasn't having it. She said to find out what's in it and we'll just make our own instead. So that's why I'm soaking garbanzo beans today. We're making a salad tomorrow!
