This and any similar legal controversial matter will be transformed into serious federal charges in January. Our new Attorney General will have his or her hands full come January, people. Trump can not hide behind William Barr's fat ass for long. And Trump's own sister who used to be a federal judge has quit her job because she wanted to avoid an investigation concerning her involvement in their family trust fund or account or some damn thing. That side problem is not going to disappear either.

Your hero thinks he can over-ride The Tenth Amendment which has been a favorite among Republicans for years, since the end of the Civil War. The Tenth Amendment says any power not listed as a federal power in the Constitution, belongs to the States. Additionally, there is no mention in the Constitution of any power granted by Congress to the federal government which would authorize regulation of public safety matters such as a pandemic or some sickness. The Supreme Court has repeatedly ruled that the power to regulate Health, Safety, and Public Morals belongs to the States. Your hero declared yesterday that he has such a power.
