I haven't been going to the park for runs & obviously not going to the mall for walks. I get a feeling of dread every time I pass someone on the pathway they have there. It's like they might have sneezed and I didn't hear because I'm wearing headphones or even just that they're breathing!

I think young people get targeted in such messages so much because they, just like VG, are not sure why exactly these restrictions are asked of them. It's not only to save people who have only 2 years to live, but a lot more. It's so worthwile to reduce the speed of spreading it. Even then it will take a huge toll on healthcare personnel and the general system.
I see it with my direct neighbours that they take the restrictions less serious. It just gets tempting i guess if you're oblivious to the consequences. So VG considers the long term economic consequence but not the short term, and im probably talking about months if not a year (if it proofs to be for a large part seasonal), on the healthcare system and peeps who work in it. I don't think he really has enough consideration for all the people in the risk groups and their families either but ok, they should suck it (isolation for months) up. Seems to me that our governments who really really hate to hurt the economy for no good reason have sensibly weighed costs, cares and consequences and made a reasonable decision to lockdown (or in my countrys case partially lockdown).
