I Googled my mission... Found out that I can be at one of the places I had to be simultaneously on the following day with no penalty. So, I'm proceeding with my Luxerion mission. I got a really cool sword out of it and leveled my character a little while in Yusnaan though. Final Fantasy XIII: Lightning Returns for the win!!! Nothing like legacy gaming!
i'm still on witcher 3. pretty much wrapping up the standard game (except for a shit ton of sunken treasures in skellige; not sure who decided it's a good idea to put 100 of those around the vast boring ocean), so now i'm getting into the expansions. the first new quest i tried glitched me out of ever being able to complete it, so i was a little worried, but so far so good since then.
I'm considering firing up Fallout 4. I'll have to start again because I remember nothing and wasn't very far anyhow.
But im also considering firing up the old emulator and playing sonic which we found the other day on Sega cartridge.
Which if you wait longer you will have to do with Rdr2 as well! but yeah, i know how it goes. You have to be in the mood and pick it up at the right moment again. Still... would urge @I'minmyunderwear to get that ps3 controller to head into fricking Mexico! (Rdr1 btw, so no spoiler ) Im in the same spot as you with Fallout 4. Haven't touched it in years and would start over. Which i have done before, so the beginning is still quite familiar haha. But the beginning also had some superb parts So... some of my friends i play online with wanted a new game to play and we settled on Battlefield 1 (no not the first Battlefield, but the only one set in WW1). Which full edition was on sale in the ps store here. Curiously enough the full edition is cheaper atm than the standard edition lol. So we went with that one, which suited me greatly because 1) i dig the setting, and 2) i bought it in 2017 already lol went it was also for sale in the digi store. But never played it extensively.
Nothing for you Irms? Look at the zeppelins and stuff! :-D Pinching people with bajonets Even more basic airplanes as in WW2
This seems like it could be great, but im kind of weary of whole new fantasy interpretations of a galaxy and all its creatures. Like, i rather do something like this in the Star trek or Star wars setting. In this particular instance probably Star trek.
i did get the controller. that will probably be my next gaming destination, but the witcher currently has me too sucked in to share gaming time with anything else.
I like to focus on one story focussed singleplayer at a time too. Hence why i feel obligated to start all over if something comes in between for too long
Yea. I'm disinterested in other games. & I honestly would rather have downloaded games than getting from GameStop (gaming retailer) right now anyway. I don't know if I'm mentally capable of downloading another while I'm still working on Lightning Returns...
WW1 never really interested me as much as WW2 so I haven't played any WW1 games. Besides Battlefield eeeeeep. All I remember is extremely unrealistic damage models and headshots that won't kill. Even from 50cal.
I’m gonna have to start another new game... this time for making really dumb political decisions early on. I was able to keep up this time with technology and my fleet power, so definitely moving in the right direction. Getting there!
Haha not really used to such games anymore, where you build up stuff like an army and find out after several evenjngs of gaming that you went the wrong way from the start. But i recall the frustration (and satisfaction when it actually works ) I haven't played games in that setting neither, partially of course because it's far less used. Compared to games with the WW2 setting WW1 games are rare!
There's a new WW1 game coming out from the guys that did post scriptum, or, the same engine at least anyway. Looked like when you shot someone down you got to run up and stab them with the bayonet on the ground. Stab stab.
Well, I noticed the bayonet stabbing is already implemented in battlefield 1 too :-D Obviously an unmissable detail from that war for any serious game developer!
i'll have some free time tomorrow to play fallout 4 i think weird thing is i havent played it since release and when i booted it up i expected massive updates. nothing they must have had it pretty tight on release.
Wait so you haven’t played Fallout 4 much at all since release? It’s really a pretty badass game. There should have been some updates, though.
Nope. I remember the start bit like you get frozen and rewake and your kids gone but that's all I really remember. I dunno why I never got into it. I think I couldn't be fucked building a town for my settlers or something lol. Some black stooge in a cowboy hat.
