The Obama administration had at least seven years to replenish the stockpile of masks, while the Trump administration had about three. Obama admin was aware of it re: swine flu, and left a mess, he knew that they had been used up. Most coming into office would rightfully assume that the stockpile was replenished, and if not there are people assigned to the position who should have taken care of this under Obama admin,

to be fair here, trump has had a lot of clean up to do regarding Obama. With the divisive politics in the USA it is completely conceivable that all of it is a setup, the shortage, the crisis it created. Really who was in charge of restocking and questions should be asked why it was not replenished after the swine flu as well as fired. Can trump fire the people in charge of it?
