    Name them or you're just quoting hearsay. There is no way they're going to change the standards for Trump unless it's to improve them. Rolling actual pollution limits back is political suicide. And he'd still need bipartisan support.

    An EO can't shut down the EPA.

    Not true at all. The EPA is like a feudal kingdom and no president has caught any sort of break from them. Regardless of party.

    What I meant is that many people complain that government regulations and oversights are a conspiracy to take away their freedoms and ruin the capitalistic free enterprise system, or Laissez-faire economics.
    Now some of these same people are faulting China for its government allowing loopholes and a lack of enforcement of its laws and therefore not controlling its pollution.
