Yesterday I spent a lot of time online just keeping up with the news.

 

and then today, the gym closed.

 

lol yeah i heard about that when i came back from the gym. If the gym is forced to close, that is fine. There is nothing they can do about that unless they really want to be rebellious. Its the attitude and not giving into the mass panic and fear that i found more admirable. Good thing i have a mini gym at my home. Along with running outdoors, i'll still workout. Temps are getting warmer, which is good.

 

yeah, i'm one of the lucky ones too. i don't have a gym at home, but there's the one at work, and since i'm one of the 10 or so who didn't get laid off today i can still sneak down and use it.

 

I certainly took advantage of the cheap travel.

But my gym closed . But your bit about him feeling more like family than family made me smile real big.
