You know damn well that if there was a video of trump with a twelve year old girl, the republicans would say "well if she hadn't dressed that way".
Trump's supporters in a Senate trial about an act between Trump and a minor would preclude witnesses and video evidence. They would justify it by saying that the trial was unfair and that the prosecutors were the real criminals. Trump would say that he would love to show on TV the video of how the girl forced him to make her pregnant and would love to testify at the trial but couldn't because he might be treated unfairly. After a Senate acquittal, Trump would attend the National Prayer Breakfast and brag about how he got away with his acts to the cheers of the religious right while they praise his newly found anti-abortion stance. Senators Collins and Ernst would justify a meaningless Senate trial by saying that they think Trump finally learned his lesson after failing to learn it three previous times.
I still want to see Mulvaney, Kushner, Bolton, and McGahan comply with Congressional subpoenas. If they don't, then they should face criminal charges the minute Democrats appoint a new AG. The same should go for Trump's buddies who blocked his financial documents. WE The People don't need an organized crime syndicate to be stonewalling Congress.
The only Republican with balls. I disagree with most of his policies, his political party, and religion, but I admire his integrity. A real patriot.
William Barr is the one who carried out the sweeps of Epstein's Manhattan Mansion, the private island estate, and the Paris estate. Barr has all the evidence. Barr also was in charge when the videos in the federal prison disappeared. Barr is also behind the transfer of Epstein from the Ricker's Island hold to the federal prison where his life came to an end. Barr needs to answer some questions. I already wrote to Schumer and Schiff. The minute we get a new AG old Barr will get arrested.
That's a stupid question. Barr just today issued an order which requires his approval for any new investigation of a 2020 candidate. That says he will continue to protect Trump from criminal charges. Mueller warned that the Russians are working to interfere in the next elections. And now it appears there was an organized attack on the Iowa Caucus process, including some of an electronic type. but, we have hope. A new Democrat in the White House with a new AG will solve this matter and put the nefarious Republicans in prison.
Jail video surveillance from Jeffrey Epstein's first suicide attempt in July is missing, lawyer says Dan Mangan Published Wed, Dec 18 20199:43 PM EST Updated Thu, Dec 19 201912:06 PM EST Jail video surveillance from Jeffrey Epstein's first suicide attempt in July is missing, lawyer says excerpt: "Video surveillance footage of the jailhouse area outside of accused child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein's cell from the time of his first reported suicide effort in July is now missing, a lawyer for Epstein's former cellmate said Wednesday night. Attorneys for the cellmate, an ex-police officer accused by federal prosecutors of four murders, had been seeking the video since two days after Epstein, 66, allegedly tried to kill himself in the Metropolitan Correctional Center on July 23. "We were told that it was not retained," said one of those lawyers, Bruce Barket, in an email to CNBC. "Obviously if it was destroyed or lost that is disturbing," Barket said. "We are waiting on an explanation before deciding how to proceed." Earlier Wednesday, The New York Daily News and New York Post reported that prosecutors told a federal judge that no one can locate the surveillance footage around Epstein's cell for the hours before he was found semiconscious, with marks on his neck, on July 23 in the cell he was sharing with Nick Tartaglione, the former cop from Westchester County, New York. That incident occurred weeks before what authorities have said was a successful suicide attempt by the wealthy investor Epstein in the same federal lockup."
Trump seeks to delay accuser's lawsuit after she requests his DNA E. Jean Carroll, who accused Trump of assaulting her in the 1990s, is requesting DNA as part of her defamation suit against the president. By Associated Press Feb. 6, 2020, 3:16 PM EST Trump tries to delay accuser's lawsuit after she requests his DNA excerpt: "President Donald Trump’s lawyers want to put the brakes on a lawsuit filed by an advice columnist who has accused him of raping her in the 1990s and is seeking his DNA as possible evidence. Trump attorneys argued in legal papers this week that E. Jean Carroll’s defamation suit and “extensive and burdensome” information-gathering requests should be delayed until New York’s highest court rules on whether another woman can proceed with a somewhat similar suit. Carroll and the other woman, former “Apprentice” contestant Summer Zervos, claim Trump besmirched them by calling them liars after they, separately, accused him of sexual assault. In Zervos’ case, Trump’s lawyers have argued that an incumbent president can’t be sued in state courts, and they are asking the state high court to decide. “That threshold issue should be decided” before Carroll’s case goes any further," Trump lawyer Marc Kasowitz wrote."
Death of Jeffrey Epstein From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Death of Jeffrey Epstein - Wikipedia excerpt: Attorney General William Barr described Epstein's death as "a perfect storm of screw-ups."
If only the fucking republicans weren't so lame they would invoke the 25th amendment. Proof that trump is senile was his speech this morning. When talking about Steven Scalise, the republican rep that got shot at that congressional baseball game, he compared him to Bobby Richardson, the second baseman for the NY Yankees in the sixties. WTF! Why didn't he compare him to Willie Mays?
Knowing Barr's behavior, he is expected to be investigating narratives that claim that clues to the Epstein death are on a lost computer server somewhere in Ukraine that contains information that implicates Hillary.
