In 2016 Coast to Coast AM had a man on claiming to have worked for the KGB. He laid out their plan to win the Cold War and it included finding a stupid but rich American who will be their puppet. Someone who like Regan will be seen as special. He said 3 times that they understood Americans who do not own guns can not be swayed it must be Republicans so Regan is their example of how to win with a man with no experience.

Pretty much everything he claimed has come true right down to the USSR's suspicion that before this man could be elected again (he even said in his final 1/3 of the term) that some Americans would impeach him but at that point with how American elections work there are too many loyal puppets elected who will they say are American. So as they leaned with Clinton it will not mean anything. People made up their mind.

He said these people were a "lost generation" and there is nothing that can change them. For all these dumb cult members fear socialism they don't seem to know the history of mind experimentation in the USSR. This is how they won wars.
