I am so happy you laughed about that. Pretty funny. We aren’t pulling it off. We are not being provided with good healthcare.
What you don’t know currently is that Canada ranked third last in health care in developed countries. We would be last if they didn’t give us points for government subsidized, out of tax payers pockets drug benefits.

 

And plenty of people believe it is free.

your health care is better than ours. Canadian cross the border into the USA to get good help. Drs here are hired from extremely dodgy schools because we are desperate

 

The schools the USA, the uk and Australia refuses to accept as medical schools are accepted in Canada.

 

Even if that is true (and you haven't specified how you're quantifying it so I'll just have to take your word for it) 44 million Americans can't afford this stellar healthcare

People from this school are in Canada as doctors, That is just one of them. I know first hand this is true. There are others too.

No, not at all, just tired of the bs. I assure you, unfortunately, quiet and watching the balls drop as a good canadian does. Am I happy with the state of our medical system that Canadians have paid for dearly? No! But I won’t listen to the bs about how great it supposedly is either when people don’t know who don’t live here.

I don't see where anyone called Canada's healthcare system "great." I just said it was better than ours and then provided links to back it up.

 

There's no way middle class Canadians could afford to pay out of pocket for care in the US. Maybe wealthy Canadians are coming to the US. But that isnt anything remarkable, medical tourism is a thing all over the world. Lots of Americans go to other countries to get affordable care

 

I am not going to point you to doctors I have seen in Canada that gave me and others poor health care. This will narrow down my location to home.

there is a website in Ontario where you can look up physicians and see if they have a red flag. Many do, you can see where they were educated, actions take; against them, etc.

I never said they could. Sometimes in order to get good health care people will sacrifice. Also, when we don’t have a doctor here to do something, in some cases they are sent to the USA for it and they bill the Canadian government.

 

I personally know people, not rich by any means, lower middle class, who have gone to the USA for an mri. Just to make sure they are ok, get faster results to bring back to their specialist, so problems can be addressed. Gone in debt for it!
