I could argue, the animated anthropomorphic being that they created out of mud, and you so quickly and easily dismissed,
is passed on from one generation to the next.

But since you’re not following my line of reasoning, it’s pointless for me to continue

The point is there's a movement which literally persecuted people who use Jesus as a subtitutionary atonement the exact same way he was persecuted and whipped bloody,
and nailed to a cross as he was, complete with crown if thorns. I call it the wickerman syndrome.

Yes, the ruling class were very righteous, had strict laws, and didn't like the dogs or those from nazereth, you know ... Nazereth was the really bad part of town, and those not like them ... Lowlifes or some would say gentiles.

They didn't like them drinking and eating or being happy. Thy were royal remember and they were in control and they didn't like it when people did things they didn't want them to do ... Like be happy and fed and not thirsty beggar's.

So yeah, he was a rebel and a hippie with a temper who didn't take shit from those in power at the time. They killed him, made him suffer for being a good guy and being happy and giving hope and feeding the poor and giving those once under the ruling class was control something greater more rewarding to live for.

He meant business then and his true blues are even more severe today ... Not those wickerman syndrome types, but those who'll let you know that you ain't gonna do a fucking thing to Jesus period! Ever! Not even a hat on his head will you ever and I mean EVER touch!

The ruling class usually doesn't like uprisings. Why would they want the peasants to be downright unhappy and starving? Sure, it keeps them weak but it also makes them desperate and hate you. Keeping your subjects somewhat happy and fed is the key to ruling long and prosperous :-D The phrase bread and games comes from the same time.

I feel like there's an awful bunch of spin if we're comparing Christ to hippies... I mean, are we really?

Agreed ... At one time they would have continual community feasts or BBQ's ... People would bring in their offerings for the feast and they would feed the community. They called them burnt offerings and they were typically 10% if what they had.

Lord was a title as many already understand. Some were cool others not so cool, so the feasts ceased when the not so cool ones came in but the 10% was still required.

Lots of Lord's and ladies during those times but keeping the community happy is a good idea until people stop tithing or contributing or until unjust rule enters the equation. Upheaval is sometimes all people have, but it's a fine line and a balance needs to be achieved to maintain a prosperous and happy community.

I dunno, a little country a little rock and roll is the best way I know how to put it. Peaceful yet feirce. Kind and gentle yet as wrathful as they come. I guess both poles are equal to the other. All loving all wrathful, or a little loving a little wrathful.

    That's how many are anyway.

I guess religion leaves a bad taste in the mouths of those who have been victims of. That's the tragedy. Some are so superstitious and the adherants so mixed up about the way things were, then add to that misinformed, misguided, and sometimes purposely and some would rather listen to a wildcat moan without end than to hear another word about Jesus or whoever.

I mean, some people grow up thinking they're worthless and never achieve much because of, all while they become submissive individuals to their lives leaders and hope ... Just hope that one day when they die a heaven awaits them, but then they have to deal with being ok with being ok with an innocent man suffering and dying in their Stef, do pity is lent to the flock, but not so much those who know and lead astray anyway.

I'm a believer in Jesus. I just don't subscribe to it being ok for me to be ok with him suffering and dying so I can go be happy in heaven when I die. Death doesn't scare me. Those who have led so many down that path don't scare me. Honestly, I scare me more than they do. I can get more than a little irate and it scares me. I don't know how many times I've contacted the police when I'm about to snap on someone. When I need intervention, that's who I call, but anymore ... I don't even want to. That's how fed up I am with this shit.

    On a lighter note

There once was a girl named Jill
Jack too but who knew that Jack was jacked
    And Jill was too
But then one day they were rolling in the hay
Or was it straw I always forget
    Which one is which

well seeing as wez all high on alternative theories howz about diz one?

there once was a god in the sky - which sky - takes ya pick - which god takes ya pick - but he had the power to create an planet with humans and started with adam and eve. Thought he lay down some ground rules but they soon got broken but being one who didn't like to interfere too much let it boil on! It grew from nation to nation starting with it seems the Jews who he choice to demo an obedient race that would follow on god only - stuffed that one up too. but he was patient and persistent and after watching many fuck ups and wars and tribulations hit upon the crucifixation idea in an attempt to get it all back on track. Well that seemed to start promisingly but has now faltered and couldn't convert the whole world so we still have wars in Iraq ; Lybia ; Iran ; Africa [ we we sent tonnes of missionaires ] ; then along came a few false prophets ; take ya pick from Mohammed to donald neil walsch perhaps?

my take - he [god -the one that started it all] has washed his hands of it all and sits back in his jaccuzzi smokin his cuban and sipping on a pina calada - and wondering what shall I start next?

he fucked it all up - why the inventor of course!!

In the first few pages of the text, if I'm not mistaken, he was said to rest from all his work on the seventh day. We've been doing it all to ourselves and for ourselves since. Say the first Adam was and the 2nd one too we'll call him Adam two. That's the one they call Jesus. Word.

    Expression and the art of
    Language, utterance, communication
And ... Art and music and dancing too
Word and deed and sex and even anger
It's all expression, language, a way to communicate, and like art it is life and
Life is art and god is umm life and
    Through expression and communication and
Language and words, and yes ... Sex sex is a great communicator. Sex is the act of creating sex is fun it's like sex is really fun
And good n stuff so I don't know why
So many get so stuffy about sex, without sec
I'm pretty sure life would not be as eventful.

I like sex . I think you probably do too, but maybe I'm wrong but I don't think I am unless you're a kid in which case go home and watch cartoons or play checkers or something. Anyway, I like sex and communication. 13472fea98a9e4e831dd6dd7beba2b69.jpg

So, let's say an equation is on the docket. This side that side or no side or all no matter what side you're on. Now,. If all then all either rise or all fall or maybe both.

It would have been nice if we could have gotten along, but since some things are real and other things not, and since life is in the balance ... By the way. Life in the balance. That's the equation. Anyway,. she apologized and never needed to, and to be real it's too late to at this point, so here's a clue. Take it to heart or don't ...

I don't care about some at this point. That's a fact. The clue is this:. The first concert I attended was?

Guess it and you'll know the deal. If not it's gonna be the same still. Are you wanted? Are you a little runaway? I like to blaze sometimes, but God gets the glory.

Nothing I can do Pete's pissed too.
