Another lull at work. I'll probably get out of here early. Then it's on to Sunday night dinner with the parents. I basically had 2 Thanksgivings this year and the thought of another dinner just makes my stomach hurt

I don't think I'm gonna eat for a week after tonight

I couldn't sleep so I got up, devised a new work-out routine....might watch some porn in a bit....lol.

 

Oh I say, on a Sunday too. Lol

 

Yeah I know.....I'm sure my granddad wouldn't have approved either BUT sleep is important & it's been something I've been struggling with quite a bit recently......so....yeah.

Just finished doing the dishes at my mom's. My gf and I have dinner every Sunday night with my mom and step dad. Somewhere along the way, it became mandatory for us to do the dishes before going home.

Well, dishes are done and home awaits. And then...bedtime! Goodnight everyone

 

Having a bath. My hair is weird this morning. It wants to clump and curl, so I'm having a hot bath and massaging my scalp to help the opening of my reptilian skin enduce sweating. This will give my hair its essential oils and nutrients. I've only washed my hair with shampoo 2 times in the last 8 months, I just use cold water to wash my hair and hot water if I really want to draw the oils out, hot enough to be able to stand under, barely lol for about 20secs.

I have noticed a significant change in my hair. It grows faster and becomes a lot more thick.
