Obviously. You seem to have different views on graphology. I was agreeing with yours.

  6. I know exactly what you mean. I write for a living and my hand notes are barely legible.

I just try to write in cursive as much as I can. I heard from my mom that they don't teach cursive in schools anymore. If that's true, how to sign your name might be a problem for some...

i learned to sign my name one way and kept doing it that way until i started having to sign things a lot at work, and then i greatly shortened my signature and kept doing it that way thereafter.

  15. Good point.. that's what corruption is all about..

  16. But that's not corruption at all.

If there's a legal reason to have them testify, then they can be compelled into doing so. If not, they'd be foolish to do so since it would be opening them up personally to whatever whims the panel wants to entertain. I don't talk to cops for the same reason, they can and do use "tactics" to manipulate legal situations, legally.

They can legally fuck me with my own words. I won't volunteer for that and the 5th amendment says I don't have to.

    Really?
After complaining about not being allowed to participate and secret meetings?
If they really wanted the truth to be known, they would appear and give their side of the story.
I wonder why they don't want to do that?

Uh....to offer up a defense? Unless of course they don't have one.

  19. Right, it all sounds so "simple". Keep going with that. There's nothing confusing about US law after all.
