The first part isnt true, Europe and Asia have a long history of fighting wars. And he neglects to take into account that the few with power push war in Latin America and Africa too. He doesnt want to consider that because it contradicts with his genetics claim. If he has to come to terms with the fact that monied interests control the whole world he cant paint blacks and Hispanics as genetically predisposed to violence.

By examining each in detail as opposed to assuming they all had something in common. Also, the term "genocide" is way overused. Even the infamous US didn't wipe out the native Americans and there are more of them today than in the 18th or 19th centuries. Even what the Nazis attempted missed the mark utterly. I know it's a fashionable term, but it's largely bullshit.
