Stoned Festivus For The Rest of Us

So... My second bedroom is starting to look like this.




Mine are mixed black tolex and orange tolex... One stack is black and blue tolex with a Blue head, (the Blueman Group amp). Two of the top cabinets are angled, but I have 4 full stacks of Orange/Matamp now. The 8th cabinet was delivered today.

This does not include the bass rig, or the other full stacks and amps of different brands like Sunn and Laney that I also have in the same room...

I've got more doom in one room than anybody...

I'm getting hungry.
But Amon Amarth came on their Youtube stereo and I was like hey how fitting, Viking music for the Viking girl.

 

I've talked him into tattooing a similar girl with a black akubra and a rebel flag hankerchief around her neck with the words "Damn right & Rebel proud" in old fashion font for me.
He said maybe with one arm pulling the brim down at the front and the other holding onto a saddle hold. Yes please
I said maybe not the whole saddle or even horse but a nice stock from my rifle poking out too. And she could have the Hank 3 nail logo as a patch on her clothes, or a tattoo haha.

And then I said, and where my wife has her wolf, I can do something like this, but have an Irminsul instead, centre the buck to be looking from the front, cut the background out so the buck bust is larger and have the Irminsul made from wood and looking old and worn.

My wife says "That's mad! Do it!"

 

Now for the face and the moon bit to go now.

 

I'm so hungry lol. Once this is done we are going to go out to the pool venue. Probably get myself a burger. I know I said last week I'd get more sleep and not eat before playing but I don't mind today. Tbh I kind of want the pool season to finish up already so I don't mind if I don't get to the playoffs, but i'mma give it a crack. I'm feeling much mentally better at least.

Nice, while I would never allow a tattoo artist to touch my perfect skin, I wouldn’t be averse to a tattoo that would only last 1-2 weeks, fading away as my skin naturally regenerates.

Now I have the Strange Planet book I can read them all out loud to fisherman who doesn't think they're at all funny which makes them even funnier for me.

 

Because often the humor is quite subtle

 

I've been thinking and I don't see them as aliens. I know the three eyed dog and the weird feet, but the behaviors are human and the language emphasizes the oddness of the behaviors and it's almost like.. If we were viewing ourselves as aliens, or us, as aliens through the eyes of aliens. Showing us ourselves as if we were aliens. Maybe I'm thinking about it too much and it's just aliens.
