YES! YES! YES! ROGER STONE IS GOING TO THE POKIE! GUILTY ON ALL 7 COUNTS! YES! Donald Trump needs to stock up on petroleum jelly! I bet Michael Cohen is laughing his ass off today! William Barr needs to get measured for his own orange jump suit!
Rudy Giuliani calls Trump ‘very loyal’ but jokes he has ‘insurance’ just in case Christina Wilkie Published Thu, Nov 14 20194:07 PM ESTUpdated Thu, Nov 14 20196:40 PM EST Rudy Giuliani calls Trump 'very loyal' but jokes he has 'insurance' just in case excerpt: "But when a reporter asked Giuliani if he was concerned that Trump could “throw him under a bus,” Giuliani replied cryptically. “I’m not, but I do have very, very good insurance, so if he does, all my hospital bills will be paid,” Giuliani quipped. Just then, a lawyer for Giuliani who was on the phone call jumped in. “He’s joking,” said Mark Costello, who represents the former New York City mayor. Later in the call, Giuliani called Trump a “very loyal guy” and said he had spoken to the president on Wednesday night, following the first day of public impeachment hearings."
Roger Stone, confidant of Trump and WikiLeaks connection, found guilty on all seven counts The GOP operative was charged with making false statements, obstruction and witness tampering tied to his pursuit of Russian-hacked emails in 2016. They charged Stone, a confidant of President Donald Trump, with making false statements, obstruction and witness tampering in a case that was an offshoot of special counsel Robert Mueller's Russia investigation. Stone is the sixth Trump aide or adviser to be convicted of charges brought as part of Mueller's probe. His sentencing was set for Feb. 6, and he faces up to 20 years in prison. The jury deliberated for two days."
Trump impeachment inquiry: President tweets furious attack on envoy BBC November 15, 2019 Envoy 'intimidated' by Trump during live testimony excerpt: "Just over an hour into Marie Yovanovitch's testimony, Mr Trump launched the kind of Twitter fusillade that has become a regular part of his political repertoire. He questioned the ambassador's competence, noted that the Ukrainian president spoke unfavourably about her and pointed out that he has the right to fire diplomats at will. What makes the moment historic is that Committee Chair Adam Schiff gave Yovanovitch a chance to refute the president's tweet almost in real time. Democrats are already characterising the president's behaviour as witness intimidation - and the latest attack by the president against one of his own government employees. Republicans, whose reported strategy was to avoid directly impugning the reputation of a long-serving, well respected diplomat, will once again find a president who has changed the rules of engagement on the fly. On Wednesday, the White House said the president was not watching the impeachment hearings. On day two, the president is fully engaged.":
Transcript Shows WH Made Up Details of Trump’s Zelensky Call Lachlan Markay,The Daily Beast November 15, 2019 Transcript Shows WH Made Up Details of Trump’s Zelensky Call excerpt: "The White House readout, a summary of the call released hours after it occurred, claimed Trump “underscored the unwavering support of the United States for Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity—within its internationally recognized borders—and expressed his commitment to work together with President-elect Zelensky and the Ukrainian people to implement reforms that strengthen democracy, increase prosperity, and root out corruption.” Such statements are nowhere to be found in the transcript of the call released by the president on Friday. That transcript shows Trump congratulating Zelensky on his recent election win, promising to arrange a White House visit for him, and recounting the large number of Ukrainian women who participated in Trump’s Miss Universe competitions."
A narasist is not capable of this. If they are being discussed they need to know. If' it's good they will use it as an example to shape others. If it's not (the real concern) they need to know who is mean to them so they can correct it. Sort of like how he melts down when he can't do this with the whistle blower. More unfair than the actual charge is that HE of all people is not allowed to know who said it since he's who he is. This is all classic mental disorders I am not making this up. I've noticed the new right wing defense is to say they are not involved and don't care. I don't know I am seeing the opposite.
Trump is furious. Yesterday, Grisham said Trump was too busy working to pay attention to the impeachment hearsing. Today, Trump (who some refer to as tweety bird) was blasting tweets about Yovanovitch as she testified. Trump tweet: "So they now convict Roger Stone of lying and want to jail him for many years to come. Well, what about Crooked Hillary, Comey, Strzok, Page, McCabe, Brennan, Clapper, Shifty Schiff, Ohr & Nellie, Steele & all of the others, including even Mueller himself? Didn’t they lie?"
Roger Stone worked briefly for Nixon in his administration and has a tattoo of Nixon on his back. Considering Stone's conviction, in essence Nixon may finally end up in prison .
So the new standard is the crime must be successful to be a crime? If so then why did we go after Obama or Hillary for what we thought they planned to do? I promise in prion now you will find men who were stopped before they got any cash from the liquor store. It's the same charge as running off with 10K. Stupid criminals are still criminals. It really shows how uneducated Fox viewers are. I think this is why law school is a several year commitment. You can't just be a middle aged (so young and pretty to Fox viewers) talking head. Each and everyone is an embarrassment. This is what they stormed the beaches of Normandy for huh? So you could trow it all away since it hurts your feelings too much to do otherwise. Laura Ingraham hears from legal experts after observing that ‘attempted bribery’ is not in the Constitution
During the Mueller invesigation when Trump was a call-in guest on Fox, the hosts of Fox & Friends reminded him that he's President and able to invoke such investigations. Trump's response was that maybe someday he will have Hillary investigated, a campaign promise that he has yet to fulfill. Instead of using the standard channels of government to invoke meaningful investigations, Trump is having his personal attorney Giuliani act as a shadow agent to pursue conspiracy-truther claims (Trump said it himself on the phone call) about a computer server he thinks is in the possession of a wealthy Ukraine person that supposedly has Hillary's deleted emails on it which are said to be evidence of her alleged nefarious activity. That type of pursuit, laced with the withholding of U.S. government money to Ukraine, is what spawned Trump's impeachment hearings. Those hearings have now caused Trump to concoct another slew of people that he claims are criminal and deserving of investigations, including the investigators.
Trump's supporters are resorting to increasingly desperate alibi's for Trump's behavior: Lindsey Graham posits that Trump's foreign policy is so convoluted that he couldn't have been coherent enough to coerce the Ukraine president for dirt on Biden, in spite of Trump being exhalted as a genius who's ten steps ahead of everyone. Rep. Jim Jordan is using the rock singer Bono's involvement in diplomatic relations as a justification for Trump using Giuliani as a shadow government agent in place of fired competent diplomats who Trump felt got in his way.
Rep. Jordan On Giuliani's Role In Ukraine Strategy: Trump Can 'Have Who He Wants' Heard on All Things Considered Jessica Taylor November 14, 2019 7:05 PM ET Rep. Jordan On Giuliani's Role In Ukraine Strategy: Trump Can 'Have Who He Wants' excerpt: "Jordan argued, "The president is allowed to have who he wants involved in diplomatic concerns." Jordan said this in reference to Giuliani, the president's personal lawyer and former New York City mayor, who has become a central figure in the inquiry. At one point, Jordan claimed that Giuliani's role was akin to prior presidents having people like U2 lead singer Bono "do diplomatic missions.""
It is certainly well established that attempt and conspiracy are crimes. Certainly they'd fit into the category "misdemeanors" in the Constitution.
That Tweet says Trump is having a psychiatric breakdown. He is falling apart because he is thinking about himself in a prison. He knows Nadler's Judiciary Committee is working on such a scenario. Melania is most likely thinking about the amount of cash and real estate holdings available to her.
