What Are You Watching?

Hm, I think its ok in a scifi show with societal subject matter to touch on it a few times in 7 seasons. Especially with the federations principles.
Did you recently watch that episode where 2 groups on a planet are at war with eachother over soap/hygienic reasons? :-D Pretty sure that was also in Voyager.
I think how they bring subjects like this is just an intrinsic part of the show. The only thing i can nag on now is how incredibly dated this scifi already looks to me: its supposed to be kind of timeless, or well acceptable futuristic, but its so very 90s its funny. I also nag on stuff like the universal translator at times, or that almost every alien is humanoid, but i already did that in the 90s

You might like it Asmo. It's a Canadian show and a very odd type of humor. It took me a while but it grew on me and now I think its hysterical and need someone to share inside jokes with about it so WATCH IT!

Nope, i don't think Hulu is a thing at all here. The two biggest streaming services here are Netflix and Videoland (i don't have access to the latter either)

It is and it’s on the abc australia network channel. it’s a funny show. The host always takes the piss out of everything

River cottage australia. It's similar to River cottage HQ which is a uk program

 

Movie version of "In The Heat of the Night" with Sidney Portier. Excellent old movie.
