Finally the Ponies learn how to not lose a game.

 

Lol, just playing a map on Post Scriptum, some French guys said in a funny accent "every body out of the truck now please" so I mocked him and started saying it and then one other guy joined in and soon after it felt like the whole 39 of us in the Panzer division were just standing around in the game paying this one guy out. And then we all died from artillery fire. i love gaming moments like this. Everybody is just in laughter. It's a good stress relief.

My other most favourite time was in Battlefield Vietnam, and they let you control the music in that game so you could fly around in choppers and shit listening to Vietnam era tunes. Anyway this one guy in a jeep pulls up next to me with Creedence, Fortunate Son blaring on the stereo and I'm watching him and all he's doing is head banging. You move the mouse up and down to look up and down and that projects him head banging on my screen. So I jumped in and we spent the entire game just driving around through warzones head banging we didn't even know where were driving we couldn't see just banging heads to tunes, getting yelled at by the rest of the team. One of the best 20mins of my youth I think.

Oh and that time in Call of Duty 2 see I only ever play as Germans I will wait half an hour for a spot to open on any game, any platform. So this one time I finally joined a Clan and we were in Carantan. Can't remember who's winning it doesn't matter anyway so first half game we are the Germans and all is good. Second half of the game the teams switch. And they tell me, The Anybody Killa was my screen name from memory, you get on the mp44 so I got the machine gun and now at this point you must know that since I only ever played as the germans, I was only ever used to shooting the allies. So when the game started in the second half, all I saw was a wall of Americans in front of me and I mowed down every single one of them until my team started screaming at me and I'm like... Whut? Oh.. Just all those mind muscles at work, I knew the rules, I knew I was American, but I saw Americans in front of me and one by one they fell at the mercy of this mad woman. we did all have a laugh once I explained myself.

We were a shit Clan/Squad anyway. I don't remember ever winning anything.

 

Iracing is also good for communication as I'm always talking to somebody around the world. Aussies, Americans, euros.. Even the Brits race in our series. We usually all talk on discord, but in a race we use the main mic so if you're talking to somebody everyone can hear.

When you're paying as much as you do in iracing, for your subscription, your setup with wheels pedals monitors shifters Etc. And tracks and shit in game, you can easily add up to like 5000€ to start up.

So when guys get upset while racing, it's real. It's also fucking hilarious to listen to. I don't talk much on the mic. The guys I know for 2 years they're all good, but I feel like a target sometimes when new people race and they hear a female voice. They don't get my status or that I can run rings around them so they just like get too proud and want to make it harder than it really is. Usually this results in them either wrecking in front of me but also taking me out, or taking me out on purpose. Usually I'm well ahead of that mess anyway.

But yeah when the dudes go off it's some funny shit especially with accents. Like a Brit and an Aussie having an argument in iracing is hilarious. I can understand the Aussie, but most euros or yanks can't understand either of them.

It wasn't the actual coke that came through my nose, just the gas lol. Still burned though and I was just sitting there thinking man that really really burned lol. And then I thought I can't recall any other drink doing that as severe as that coke. But the whole bottle like when I opened it was really... Spssshhhhh. And it been standing in fridge for like 2 days.

What are they putting in coke? Way too much gas.

 

Coincidentally and it really belongs in the what new things did I learn today, but about 4 days ago I caught myself watching a documentary on the Cola wars in mid 80s on America. Not something I'd normally watch but I saw a place I visited in America and I was like hey I've been there so it kept me glued.

Anyway was about how in 1985 coke changed the recipe and then they reverted back after a year and then they had coke classic and then the new coke.

So I wondered had I ever tasted real coke? I know not the old folks version with the supposed cocaine in the drink. Tbh im not even sure I really believe that.

So I ran around the house finding coke cans and sure enough they all say "classic" so I'm wondering maybe I haven't tasted the newer coke they ever made.

Tbh I enjoy the taste of classic coke the best. Pepsi falls a distant short, but I prefer to drink Pepsi because of NASCAR allegiances and sponsor ties. I know, I know.. but I put my heart and soul behind my passions, if Chase Elliots drinking a Pepsi then Irms drinking a Pepsi too. and to hell with M&Ms I tell ya I won't eat M&Ms because of that worm Kyle Busch! and I like M&Ms but while he's the poster boy.. Fuck. That. No way.

I say that with a bottle of coke in the fridge... But I have a case of Pepsi Max outside
